Scheme (TOMS). Travel services has unpopular margin accounting scheme. UK event agency has declared it as
competitive disadvantage. Event industry is generally affected by political and economical factor. This
separation condition has adversely affected tours and travel industry. This has lead to immediate impact of
various businesses. Cost of planning and hosting conferences depend upon this process. International Air
Transport Association play major role in protecting air travel fair. UK travellers has decreased air travel rate on
leaving country, which has resulted in economic downfall. Till now UK has not yet decided to leave country.
People are waiting for official announcement. After declaration of formal negotiation between UK and EU,
market will take time to become stable. Events and meetings are affected by Brexit. People make delay in
their investment decision because of uncertainty in negotiation. This has reduce international competitiveness.
It is very important event and meeting industry to grab opportunity. UK is among best place for doing
business. Skills of business man play major role in success of leading industry. Proactive action of people help
in delivering positive message in market. Government must understand importance of open trade with EU.
Impact of Brexit on recruitment in event industry
Brexit has large impact on recruitment on event industry. The whole business sectors are affected by this. This
industry is facing various issues. HBAA leading association of events and hospitality industry. This has
conducted survey regarding recruitment among members. This has immediate impact of sterling (Susmihara,
2016). Value of sterling has decreased over the time, due to this customers has become more specific in
booking of events. 2.3 % people say that it has major impact on recruitment. gradually this percentage has
increased to 9.6. there are several reason behind this increase. Brexit has greater impact on major impact on
recruitment. This industry is facing many issues and problems related to recruitment. Increase in money value
have currency has attracted labour from different part of the world. Labour will get more pay as compared to

in increasing productivity (Fiennes, 2016). Brexit has significant impact on recruitment in event industry.
Above result give clear picture about the impact of Brexit in recruitment of event industry. Taskforce take
initiative to submit evidences to government. Brexit impact has increased to 58% in last few years.
