Pomodoro or Eisenhower to manage your study. Use Gibb's model to structure your
reflection
It is very important for the success in life that an individual has proper time table and
management so that they provide the considerable time to all the important aspect of life and
career. This section of report provide my personal views that how I manage the time through
effective time table and to fulfil this purpose I use Gibbs reflection which are given below.
Gibbs's Reflective Cycle
It is regarded as one of the best model of reflection which the individual can use to reflect
the personal views on any specific topic or aspect. This model helps me to express my views on
the time table and management which is the most beneficial factor for the success in the life.
Description: it is very important for me to prepare the time table for the management of
time in different aspects of life. At the time when I was preparing this time table, I
analysed that there are some skills which does not posses in my personality. These skills
are writing skills and referencing skills. These skills plays an important role in individual
life. To improve this skills, I involved my mentor in this and they suggest to write 5
pages a day and use proper referencing in my content
Feelings: At the initial stage of my life when I didn't prepare time table for managing the
activities of my personal and professional life. It is difficult for me to enjoy every
moment of my life due to mismanagement in time allocation. But when I prepared this
time table I am able to manage the time for every important role and activity. This time
table not only helps me to manage the time but also enables me to reduce the wastage of
time in non important activity of my life

Evaluation: It is very difficult for me to develop effective and complex time table
because only the development of this time table are not sufficient for me, the execution of
this time table is more important for me to improve my life style and many skills in my
personality. At the time when I was preparing time schedule I feel very nervous whether I
achieved this or not. There are large number of doubts and confusions are arises in my
mind such as is I am abler to follow the rules, how much time it will take to complete this
process and the most important part it is that whether become success in that or not. But
when I framed it, I felt encouraged and empowered that I can follow this timetable easily
and in an appropriate manner by coordinating as well as maintaining my daily tasks in a
particular time.
Analysis: One of the greatest change which I analysed after following this time time
table is that it enables me to complete all the important task of my life on correct time
with effectiveness. The development of this time table is not easy but the execution of
this is the hardest thing which I personally analysed in this session because punctuality
and honesty to follow the schedule is the first demand of the time table. I analysed that,
as the time goes it will become easy for me to follow the schedule because it become the
regular activity and habit of mine. At the time I analysed the meaning and importance of
time very well and this time table not only helps me to success in my academic career but
also provide many opportunities to become successful in professional life.
Conclusion: One of the most important which I believed to be concluded in this report is
that time is the most important resource of life which is required to be utilise effectively
and always try to minimise the wastage of them. It is concluded here that there is no skill
and action plan which cannot be achieved by individual by their efforts and hard work.
This reflective model helps me to analyse different negative aspect of my life and also
provide me the opportunity to express my personal opinion related to the whole journey.
