One of the most important thing which helps the individual to improve their academic as
well as professional life is to become punctual and it is possible on the basis of effective time
table and strictly execution of the same (Lang, 2021) (Vardeman and Henry, 2020) The brief discussion
related to personal reflection of how I manage my time are given below:
Gibb's Reflective Cycle
It is one of the most attractive and useful model which is used by different types of
peoples to express their personal views on any topic or area. It contains systematic framework
due to which the person feels easiness to tom express.
Description: It is very important for me that I develop quality of punctuality in my
personality because there are many events where I found myself to be ineffective due to
lack of punctuality and proper time management in my life. One of the greatest negative
impact of this is my poor academic grades as well as complaints of my family in relation
to not spending time with them. These condition demotivate and decreases my
confidence and morale. It also able me to accept the punishment fro my tutors. I describe
this problem to one of my mentor and they provide me valuable suggestion in regard to
this. She suggested to me to develop effective time table and strictly follow all the rules
and time slot for each segment or activity.
Feelings: At the time when my tutor suggested me to develop this time table, I don't have
any experience and confidence in my personality. I feel afraid at the time when I was
started to prepare this time table. Different types of negative thoughts are produce in my
mind that how I manage time effectively, am I able to do this or not, chances of failure
and risk and many more. These though takes my morale down and restricts me start the
process. My mentor told me just started the process and I do the same. After sometime
when I prepared time table I feel something new and started to execute the plan. In the
opening days I found many difficulties to execute this this time table because my
personality restricts me to do this. But the efforts and hard work pays off and I fell very
enthusiastic to follow this time table.
Evaluation: It is not possible for any aspect that it only has positive or negative effective
because all the aspects has both sides as same as the development of this time table and
also the execution of this time table. The most important and positive side of this time
table is that it provide considerable time for each aspect of my life such as family time,

leisure time, study time and many more. It also enables me to properly utilises the time in
different aspects of my life. This time table also helps to take special recognition from
the society. There are something negative side of this time table and also execution of the
same because it develops feeling of stress and uneasiness in me when I am not able to
follow the time table in some condition. This negativity are observes only only when I am
not able to follow time table effectively otherwise it is beneficial for me.
Analysis: There are many ups and downs are taken place while I was developing and
following this time table because it is not easy for any person to change their attitude and
way of life in sometime which I need to do. Sometimes the targets were not achieved due
to some issue but It does not de motivate me and makes me able to do this again with
great efforts.
Conclusion: It is concluded from this report that it is not possible for anyone to change
their behaviour and attitude in one night and without any efforts but it requires hard work
and proper time. This report concludes that proper time table is must for the development
of punctuality.

TASK 2
A) Identify 4 key resources that you have used to support your study during this module. Explain
how you used each resource in your studies.
Books: It is one of the most important and common used study material which is used by many
peoples to make their study effective. Books are the best friend of person because it always
provides useful information which provides direction to the scholar and never gives wrong
information so the chances of failure is very less (Melvin, and Bullard, 2021). There are many books

Books changes the life of many people and makes them successful personality in the world.
Internet: One of the most important changing factor of every field is usage of internet because it
contains all the information which is helpful for everyone. In the field of writing it plays
important role because the writer can find the information related to any topic with the help of
internet and also take support from the matter and books of other authors. Nowadays, almost all
the books are available on internet in electronic form which can access by any person and
complete their module. It is very important for the user to have a knowledge of internet and
technology.
Note-taking: The system of note taking is very valuable resources which the person prepared in
their class in the form of writing. It is important for the individual to attend the lectures and

life of me because I have to face many difficulties while performing the projects and task
in my life. I found my self to be ineffective in my academic career while enable me face
many failures. It is my personal belief that this module will help me to develop these
skills in my personality and also the many other skills.
Feelings: At the time when I don't started this module, I have very negative feeling in my
behaviour because I don't have any experience and also nor completed this type of project
in my past life so it is new for me. One of the most important reason which restricts me to
take this module is the lack of some skills such as researching skill, referencing skills and
many more. It was my mentor who believes in me and also motivates me to compete this
module on the basis of qualities of mine. As the time goes and I started doing this

researching skills are developed in my personality.

develops various academic skills in me which are writing skills, referencing skills,
researching skills and summarising skills which helps me to conduct these types of

TASK 4
A) Explain what is meant by plagiarism and academic integrity. Support your explanations with
definitions and citations.
Academic integrity is related to those expectations under which under which the teachers,
students and other personnel which are working in this academic structure are conducted their
roles and duties with honesty, trust and respect. Academic integrity is one of the most important
and valuable resource which is developed only by the efforts of those persons which are working
in this structure and none them make dishonesty with their roles and responsibilities. There are
many things which spoils the integrity of academic such as cheating in exams, mismanagement
of educational institution and the most important and common is plagiarism. It is the act which
destroys many universities and educational hubs. It is the duty of the intuition that it analyses
these negative acts in their university and try to reduce them. The only solution of this to make
strict rules in relation to this so that the students, teachers and other related parties become afraid
to do this.
Plagiarism is related to represent the idea, suggestion and work of other person as self-work with
or without their consent. It is one of those negative act which destroys the education system of
many countries very quickly (Alajami, 2020) . Under this concept the students or other persons
sunmits the project of others in their college and pretend that the work is related to them and it is
their sole creation. The negative impact of this concept is that those students which make their
work on their own become futile and their grades are taken by other. It also impact the career of
students because those students who is having a habit of plagiarism can continue in their
professional career and become unsuccessful in them.
B) Produce an ‘at a glance’ leaflet that gives examples and explanations on how to produce a
reference list using AU Harvard referencing.
Referencing is related to give piece of matter an authentic source which acts as support to the
matter because it is one of the most important part of academic writing. This helps the users of
writing that what source is used by the writer to complete this piece of work. It ensures the users
the authenticity and originality of the piece of work. The reference list is pasted on the last page
of writing for the usage of readers. AU Harvard referencing is the most common and attractive
style of referencing which is used under all the universities of United Kingdom. This reference

list contains all the full details and in-text reference list under which all the list are sorted
alphabetically.
This style of referencing involves those matter which are well referenced and be authentic. If the
