INTRODUCTION
Resources are related to the materials which are required to complete certain tasks or
projects. Reflection is defined as the process of expressing what someone has learned while
completing certain projects (Muth, Frumento and Reid, 2019). The following report discuss
what for resources has been used in order to complete this module. Furthermore, The
reflection on the development of academic skills.
MAIN BODY
Resources
Time management tools
This is the most important tool which has helped me in organising my schedule according to
certain time period. This resource has helped me in managing my everyday task so that I
could not get stress or panic. This resource has also helped me in planning my goals or aims
which could help me in getting success in my module. This resource has helped me in
prioritising my works and aligning my task in order to accomplish desired goals.
Concentration techniques
These resources have helped me in improving my concentration capabilities and complete my
module on desired time. This has assisted me in increasing my focus towards completing my
goal so that I could achieve success. This is help me in Minimising the possibility of
distraction that could impact on my achievement. This technique also assists me in practicing
active listening so that I could grab ideas from different people in order to complete this
module.
Online study
Digitalization has increased the trend of online for distance learning which has helped me in
gathering more information about this module (Cadwell, O’Brien and DeLuca, 2019).
Through online platforms I was able to search for topics which were not available in books or
other offline platforms. The online study also provided me an opportunity to organise my
study plan flexibly according to my schedule.
General study tools

Various online and offline tools have helped me in completing this project through providing
me effective and efficient information that is needed to complete this module. This has also
assisted me in improving my study skills and build more confidence to succeed in the project.
Reflection
Writing skills
These skills are defined as capability to express opinions through writing. While completing
this project I was able to improve my writing skills which is very essential in both corporate
and personal world (Yu-ying, 2017). Writing skills has helped me in connecting with people
and present my opinions into a writing format among others. this ability will help me in
becoming a better leader in my future as I will able to represent my ideas in writing format in
front of my subordinates and superiors. While completing this project I was able to write
various forms of writing such as email, text message social media post and others. Now I
think before writing anything and plan my piece of writing so that it could provide clear
objective in front of people.
Referencing skills
These abilities are defined as the process of providing sources from which the information
about a certain topic has been taken. While completing this project I was able to improve
referencing skills. Now I am good in in texting referencing within an essay which provide my
writing a strong source of proving my point. This capability has assisted me in avoiding
plagiarism in my writing and give credit to original creator. This is skill of mine has also
provided me understanding about various books journals com articles and other writing
pieces which has improved my knowledge.
Researching skills
These capabilities are defined as ability to find solution of many queries that are associated
with any topic or project. While I was working on this project while I was working on this
project, I have to research on associated topics which has help me in improving researching
skills of mine. The improvement in this skill has helped me in finding and evaluating
important information related to a certain project or topic (Reynolds and Vince, 2017). This is
skill has improved my critical analysis and forming hypothesis or solution to a certain
problem. Now I am efficient in evaluating resources which are best to implement in order to

improve efficiency of certain tasks. Research skills has also help me in identifying new
market trends or demands that could help me in my professional life in future.
Summarising skills
These capabilities are associated with providing key information about certain topics (Bulash,
2019). While working on this project I was able to improve my summarising skills which are
very important to represent important ideas or thoughts while ignoring irrelevant information.
This skill will further help me in avoiding wastage of time and providing relevant information
to others.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion it has been concluded that various resources are used to
support any module or project during studies. It has also been evaluated that people learn and
develop their skills while working on certain tasks.
