ReflectionINTRODUCTION
I have gained experience of public speaking by involving in
different role plays and skits. It has come to my knowledge that
having appositive attitude for work will help to learn new things
every day. In this way, I can develop my personal as well as
professional growth in positive manner. This university is a
pathway which will help me to explore growth opportunities. By
working hard on improving my skills, I will be able to create a
good career path for myself.

I have invested my precious time in this university for
increasing my knowledge and grabbing new experience.
Alongwith my academic skills, there is possibility to enhance
my career growth and development. I have involved myself in
different activities for enhancing my career growth and
enhancement. It is my strength that I always focus upon
meeting the goals in specified timeframe. I have built good
confidence while learning in this university. I have always
motivated myself for managing my career growth as well as
enhancement. I want to get a good job in the field of
technology. That is why I have decided to attend technical
seminars and workshops. These will provide me help to grab
knowledge regarding new digital technologies that have took
place.
I have learnt a lot within my academic tenure. This was the
best phase where I can explore and learn new things.
My SMART goals are mentioned below –
• I will increase my communication skills this month
• I will enhance networking with technical guys
• I will attend technical workshops in this semester to
get information regarding upcoming technologies
