INTRODUCTION
Skills are the most important component which could help the student to achieve
academic success. There are new opportunities on which the student is able to capitalise in
future. There are strategic areas which can be improved by the individual in order to achieve
great results in future (Cottrell, 2020). This report aims to analyse about understanding student
skills which is necessary to improve their performance. This report also evaluates different
activities which needs to done precisely by the students in order to enhance their overall
knowledge. There are multiple main skills which includes problem based thinking, teamwork,
use of technological factors etc.

According to (Peters and Romero, 2019) student skills play a vital role they can assess
the critical points and improve their performance further. In order to achieve success, the student
needs to change their mentality. They had to become directive in order to achieve different goals
in future. They can develop different skills and capabilities which includes effective decision
making, working with the team in a coordinated manner, enhancing the communication skills
etc. Through, this they are able to perform their activities and complete the work in an accurate
manner. A skilled student is always positive and motivated about learning new things. They can
define their goals which they want to achieve it in future. Moreover, the learning strategies could
help them to enhance their overall knowledge. The student needs to build a balance between their
skills while inheriting them. This will certainly help them to improve their overall performance
in future. They can also capitalise on different future oriented opportunities. They can choose the
right a career path which is suitable for them in accordance to the skills and capabilities. There
are various performance oriented tasks which could help the student to achieve great results in
future. The students’ needs to enrich their vision in order to achieve a systematic growth.
Students morale can be boosted when they perform better in the given tasks. These skills create
prolonged path which is suitable for them to complete the work in an effective manner.
Importance of skills

They can perform better in different situations. On the other hand, they can complete the work

prior to time. The student is able to gain competitive advantage over different competitor’s
individuals. With the help of necessary skills, they can change their perspective. There are
various skills which includes decision making, effective leadership skills, communication skills,
coordination skills, writing skills. These are the components which help the individual to attain
success. They can certainly achieve an overall growth in the future. In the lectures the students
can ask certain questions form the teachers. This will improve their weak areas and enhance their
knowledge. The students are given assignments which they can has to complete in the given
time. With the help of curriculum and time management skills they can submit the work prior
(Ion, Sánchez Martí and Agud Morell, 2019). They are also able to perform better in their
academics. These are important for their growth and in the future they are able to attain overall
growth. With the help of communication skills, the individuals are able to ask different complex
problems from the teachers. They are able to understand new topics which will help them to
enhance their knowledge.
Creative skills for performance growth
The main vision of the student needs to become creative in every aspect through this they
might get academic success. This will also help the individual to change their perspective in
different situations. Student can attain this skill to become more engaged in their learning. On the
other hand, they need to emphasize the curiosity in becoming more attentive during important
lectures. This will help them to perform better in different aspects. These are the skills through
the students are also able to gain confidence while performing in difficult situations. There is an
extensive research quality which the individual needs to develop. Through this they are able to
find success and get more attention in class. These qualities will help them to improve their
important areas and increase their performance in a positive manner.

helps to improve the ability of the individuals. There are multiple rules which needs to be
understand by the student. The students can check their performance by taking the tests form the
teacher. This will improve their performance. The analytical skills and critical thinking skills will
help them to perform better in different areas. With the help of new technological it is easy for
the student to analyse their performance and the areas which they need to improve in an effective
manner. Moreover, in many fields they are able to grow their individual performance.

According to (Dubey and Tiwari, 2020) the various skills of the students they develop in
their academic’s time, it directly helps them to grab more opportunity in the future. Because
when student’s effective skills in themselves it helps them to carry out the specific tasks in an
effective manner and it provide them the opportunity to grow more in the future. While carrying
out the learning process in the educational campus, they have to carry out various activities
regarding their studies and for that they become able to develop so many effective skills in them.
These skills help in grabbing more opportunities in the professional life.
These helps in developing the effective leadership skills in them through which they became
able to carry out the specific tasks towards the achievement of the goals and the targets of
company. When they carry out learning process in the educational campus, they have to manage
several activities so that they can give enough time to each and every activity. It improves the
performance of the students in the educational campus which increases their potential in order to
capture more opportunities at the professional life. It helps them in developing several qualities
in them which they can easily implemented at the workplace in order to achieve the goal of the
particular task. Skills that students develop in the educational campus directly facilitates them in
to grow more in the future. It helps in developing effective skills such as leadership qualities.
Communication, management skills etc. These skills are highly required by the companies and
the organisations in order to accomplish a particular task in the workplace. Implementation of
these skills facilitates the students to increase their promotional chances and they can see a
significance growth related to their professional career (Rush and et.al., 2019). These skills
facilitate the student to get the effective position in the organisation or the company such as
leaders, managers etc. Having good motivations and communication skills is one of the most
important element that is required in the organisation in order to carry out the operational
activities towards the achievement of the goals and the targets. Communication skills mainly
provide opportunity to the individual in order to connect with the other employees of the
company. This skills of the students provide them the opportunity to get at the position of the
leader. It became very important for the leaders to effectively communicate with the employees
so that they can increase the engagement of the employees towards the value and the goals of the
organisations. These skills provide so many growth opportunities to the students in relation to the

professional career. These skills also facilitate them to increase the capability of generation of
more income and revenues in the future,

From the above report it has been analysed that skills plays an important role in the life of
the students through which they become more successful in the future. With these skills students
also become able to score good grades in the examinations. It has been analysed that there are
various kinds of skills such as communication, leadership and managerial etc. that helps the
students to grab more opportunities in the professional career. In the above report various skills
and the performance of the students has been undertaken in order to better understand the
importance of these. Along with that importance of these skills in the life of the students has also
been undertaken. After that there has been the evaluation of the creative skills for the
performance growth of the individuals. At the end of the report, it has been analysed that how
skills help in the future growth of the students.
