INTRODUCTION
The term academic skills which can represent their advantage of academy benefits as a
report writing presentation skills research which includes communications, planning team for
technical, adaptability thinking and critical thinking also good (Can and Ginsburg-Block, 2021).
Academic skills is very important because they have to encourage their students become most
efficient and they provide assistance to improve their confidence level and communication skills
to participate in speaking course and after graduate skills to be more respective for academic
writing. This essay covers various topics such as skills which are required to be successful
university and why it is important to be their workplaces and recommendations that could help
students to develop their CVs.

Time management: Effective and proper time management allowed to complete their
work in less time and they have to be focused towards their work to accomplish their goals and
objective but they are not wasting time of distractions with anything such as social media and
many more. Effective time management make a huge contribution to their success also prepare a
schedule for their time management in class studies work study time and time with friends. It is
important in workplace also where time management is an efficient can be a positive impact
towards their work and general and then they have learnt to control time on regular basis then
need to improve to getting things done and make a better decision to gain a ultimate control of
their priorities and to accomplish their goals and objectives (Firth, 2020).
Problem solving skills: In a changing situation, students can need to solve their
problems through their various ideas and thoughts and helped improve their organization and
determine how they can immediate job assigned use more knowledge facts and information to
solve their problem. Good problem solver is very crucial because students value can they work
through challenges on effective member of team to sharing thoughts making a sound decisions. It
