INTRODUCTION
Academic skills refer to the aggregation of habits which is required to alter the skills of
individual. It involves plans of action related to learning and time management. It gives
assistance in learning the lesson in adequate manners from the academic institutes. The present
report will examine the skills of individual with reflections. The refection will be done by
utilizing the Gibbs model to structure reflection. Time management is the skill the3 scholar will
use for the forthcoming challenges. Furthermore, Highlight the key resources which will
determine while making this model. Also, shade a light on Literature searching, note taking and
plagiarism and referencing.

Time management refers to managing the time according to the work and activity of individual.
in the busy life everyone supposed to maintain a schedule. The time management required every
activity a person perfume in a days of a week(Putri, and Mahmudah, 2021).

Reflection
with the assistance of time management skill, I Schedule my timetable according to my daily
routine. Firstly, I will walk up early in the morning at 5:00 it is good habit. Then I will take 20
min to freshening up myself, I will brush my teeth. It is good to do mediation to open up your
mind, so I will go on out in a garden and do some sort of exercise and mediation. After it is
important to remember what teacher taught you in last day lecture I will revise all the lessons and
lectures which will help me in improving my academic performance. My next step is to take a
cold water shower which bring freshness in me. Then I will get ready to go for school with
having healthy breakfast to keep myself fit and flexible. After I will go to the school to increase
my knowledge.
After coming from the school I will eat lunch and will take short nap to relax myself and have
some rest. At 4:30 that is tuition time, so I will go for tuition to solve my educational doubt and
the quarries. In order to keep myself active go out with friends for extra curriculum activity. As I
am week in the maths, so I planned to focus on maths subject to increase the result. Finally, I will
take my dinner with family and revise same day lecture then go for a sleep.

Resources are the source of the information which is required for identifying or
determining the module. There are four key resource which helps in gathering the information
and provide support while studying the module . The resources are explained below

this sort of source, the adequate books available to read and collect knowledge related to

delivered guidance to the student according to the needs of individual. The tutor plays essential
role in analysing the module perfectly. The tutor provide feedback to the student on the regular
bases so the student modifies individual skills. With the assistance of tutor, the individual
exchange the information.
Search engine: in the modern era this is the most essential tool for the learning and improving the
skills of the individual. It allows the scholar to make research on a particular programme. On a
various search engine like google, chrome, yahoo, Microsoft etc. are the platforms where every

information available. The students are able to found out the answer of every question. The
internet delivered relevant knowledge rather t6hen unnecessary information ((Jain, 2011.)
It also provides previous as well as professional data and forthcoming information
needed. It will keep the scholar up to date from the world so it will easy to analysis and
develop academic skills.
Reflection
in order to complete this assignment, I Utilized some resources to collect all the information
required for this module. With the assistance of Gibbs model I will share my experience while
collecting the information through the various source.
Description- While analysing this module I spend less time in researching the whole
programme. My family, friends, teacher and technology really support me very well. At
one point I got confused but thankfully issue was solved rapidly.
Feelings- During completion of this assignment I have great feeling of learning new
thing. I was extremely excited to complete this project as soon as possible. So I can
enhance the grab knowledge I gain from the various sources.
Evaluation- When I was asking lots of question from my teacher I got motivate the way
he explained each and everything to me. I faced some technical issues due to poor
network availability in my locality. But after some period it was resolved when I register
complaint.
Analysis- Between the completion of resources I come to know that I am good at
understanding the views of others. I have grate listing power and ability to take decision
on it rapidly. But I waste lots of time in assessing the assignment task by myself.
Conclusion- After completion, I concluded that I shouldn't waste my lots of time when
resources are available in adequate manner. I learned how people react in different
siltation. Everyone has assorted opinion and different set of mind. I was nervous before

confidence and thankfully I was able to manage that.
