INTRODUCTION
Academic skill said to be the habits and knowledge of an individual which
assists them to get success in career. These skills were acquired through an individual
in their college, school and from many other institutions. Getting academic skill and
understand them aid individuals and the student to study better with concentration.
These skill get some major skill such as reading skills, critical thinking and
communication skill which were pertained through each student for having
competitive advantage on other students. All of the abilities are really important for
students so that they do well in there academics and excel in there corporate career.
Students pay attention in on their courses which assist them to get exposed in these
skills and make there future good from choosing an appropriate career goal. This
report provides a brief description of change in education system because of Covid-19.
The rise in Covid-19 force an institution to adopt online education as this is medium
for deliver classes. This report also includes essay on challenges faced because of
various skills and online education and the knowledge gain from this. The skill which
were increased at time of completing this report also analysed in this report.

TASK 1
Online learning- This is defined as an education system which take place from
internet. This is also called as e-learning and defined as a kind of distance learning.
System of online education is taking a boom in the society after sudden rise in cases of
Covid-19. In lockdown the students cannot move out from their houses to attend
classes. Then online education system were adopted through the education institution
to provide education to the students. After pandemic, the education system changed
drastically, as this rise e-learning which undertakes the teaching as digital platform and
remote level. Online learning made students more confident and independent learner
as this allow personalised learning. Online learning let these students to opt for
creative course on low cost and from online learning student learns from anywhere on
anytime. Online learning is an alternate way to study in which a student do not need to
go to classroom and can study at home. In this the assignments, reading material,

classes and reports were delivered online and all of these study material are available
for the students so that they can watch this later. There are some disadvantages and
advantages of online education which is discuss below-
Advantages of online learning-
 Convenient and comfortable- This made the education more convenient for
students which lives in rural area or have any health issues. This is not easy for
the students to travel daily to long distance and deal with their health problems.
Online learning allow many training program and open up new opportunity for
student. Student can learn new technique and skills from online education
system. In a online learning students do not need to reschedule there activities,
as they have complete access for completing their course assignment whenever
they want. Online learning let the student to gain knowledge and learn new
skill which are needed as per their profession.
 Increased retention rates- The tool of Online learning assist developers for
making creative and more attractive content which assist the learner to
remember information in more time. The student enjoy online learning, so they
are able to gain information for longer time and apply concepts to their work.
Online learning put less pressure and less stressful as the students learn from
there place. Also the details and course material are available with student for
lifetime then students can refresh their memory through reading this again and
again. These factor attracts student for coming back again and again to online
education system.
 Availability and affordability- The opportunity which a student have from
online learning is boundless as the course provided in online learning is
affordable for many students. Student save their transportation and their rents
as they takes there class from their living room also. Online learning is a boom
in society as this assist the student for learn remotely from their home and also
let the student to prepare themselves for professional environment. This is
beneficial for the students in Covid-19 as this is not possible for affording huge
amount of fees from the parents. In this the payment have to be done in
