Academic writing helps the student or an individual in communication formally by
writing and gives them critical thinking skills with the academic writing features. Academic
writing and its features gives writer the enhancement and perfect research and skills that framing
critical understanding in a better way and give giver writer a skills to write the critical and
concise writing for a better understanding of a report or a essay that they write. This report

Importance of academic writing features.
Academic writing in English is straight, which means it has one central point or theme with
every part contributing to the main line of argument, without digressions or repetitions.
Some of the objectives of academic writing are: (Windle, 2017).
Structure: - in academic writing the structure is the essential part. it is a part of academic
writing that give reader an ability to read the writing and it navigate them towards what
actually the writer wants to say. Many academic writing follow the well structure of the
writing that is basically a professional writing. All type writing has their own structure
towards the writing they written. Structure has basically three parts that is introduction of the
topic that a person writing and main body in which they describe about the topic and after
that conclusion. Structure gives the writing to communicate and improve and write the
critical thinking reports. Report also write the analyse and different works of their report.
Rules and regulation include the learning. This also gives the writer to improve their future
skills to write their ability of academic writing (Sánchez Muñoz, 2019).
Evidenced: - evidenced of academic writing describe the effective way of academy writing that
how an individual describe the effective writing of academy that integrated evidence of the
academic writing. Evidence refers the citing that describe the introductory sentence. This
illustrates the ideas and theories that include the evidence of the topic(Nam, and Park, 2020). It

then presenting this and expound the writing of the report that they write about.
Formal:- formal writing include the proper words in concise manner that represent the writer
writing. Formal writing does not include the emotions in their writing because it is formal where
writer should write about their formal reports and researches where emotions should never be
used. In formal writing writer should use the proper spelling about what they write and proper
punctuation and full words that describe formal writing (Sarwar, Ahmad, and Hyder, 2017). In
Formal writing individual should never use first and second pronouns. In formal individual
should never use clichés. Formal writing does not use coordinating conjunction. For formal
writing proof read should use for the proper writing. In this formal writing accuracy is also
describe that involve the writing which is that it should use the vocabulary accurately. The words
having narrow and specific meaning aand it should be used instead of words with multiple
meaning.
Critical:- critical thinks determine the situation and analytical writing in the academic writing
writer gather information about the report that they write and analyze that and discover the
pattern and logical reasoning towards the writing of academic. Critical writing de code the
essay title and research the report they write for and give structure of the essay. This develop
a argument about the writing and use relevant evidence of the report. Academic writing done
by students or the researchers or factual representations that can write about the formal
writing. Rules to write the critical writing in the academic writing by aim for clarity and
outline of work. In critical writing writer should pay attention to the paragraphs and
sentences in the formal writing they should always write active voice.
Balanced:- for balance academic writing it should be focused and planned what should a writer
should write and structure should be maintain by proper way and give evidence about the
work that written and should balanced the writing in a formal tone and the style fo the
writing. academic writing involve the concerning writing and ability of the individual that
imparting their knowledge in writing. This allows the individual to understand and covey the
message perfectly. Whether it is complex or not it should be addressed properly in a perfect
way that a person should understand easily. For writing academic writing it should be

analytical in nature for better understanding and give the proper information about the report
to the reader they write for. If an individual write the balanced report or balanced academic
writing therefore the writing and skills they learn from that writing will with them all
life(Barrera Moncada, 2020).
Precise:- the precise academic writing help the reader to understand the complex writing in a
easy way and analytical thinking of the writing that should be in precise manner. Under
academic writing the content needs to be précised and to the point. The content must not be
contain any repetition making the text or paragraph unnecessarily long. Academic writing
describe the main point of the communication and other terms of the writing that a person
should requested in their passage and present them in a perfect and precise manner. Writing
should be precise and under stable in a short paragraph or anything (Daminova, Tarasova,
and Kirpichnikova, 2017). Precise manner should be modifiers that precisely communicate
with the reader in their writing. In precise form a writer should know about the verbs also
that can help them in making form the sentences. In academic writing the precise manner of
the reader is consider the exact understanding to the reader writing requires the precise
manner and considers the thought and careful editing.
Objective: - objective of the academic writer convince the reader and the validity of what they
write and clear opinion of this and make a big picture of they should write about. The tone
of the academic writing should be critical and strength full and should be meaningful. The
writing should be in more concrete from rather than an abstract from. It should be more
objective rather than personal and emotions full. This means that the main in phases should
be on the information that you want to give and the arguments you want to make, rather than
individual. For that reason, academic writing tends to use nouns (and adjective), rather than
verbs, (and adverbs). Objective off the academic writing also include the planning that
describe the planned in advanced. The goal should be predetermine and should set SMART
goals. The goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time bound.
Explicitness give the writer responsible to make the reader and to make the reader aware
about how the various part the text and paragraphs and essay are related (Mallia, 2017).

The academic writing help the individual in communicate with other through their
writing and it makes them help to understand the critical and analyzing the effect and impact
that given to the writer by writing such analytical and improve their knowledge about the
academic writing and help to the expertise and gain knowledge of the rules and regulation of
