INTRODUCTION
Academic journey can be characterised as the illustration and detailing of the experience
extracted by an individual in his/ her respective educational setting. It demonstrate the
recognition, achievements and milestones acquired by an individuals through the course of
learning (Menz, 2020). The proposed academic report highlights upon the diverse topics covered
during the course of the module. It reflects upon the the learning journey of the module and
experience drawn from the same. The report incorporates the utilisation of Gibbs model in the
end in order to assess the individual's perspective in context to understanding of the concerned
module.
MAIN BODY
1. Time management
Time management is considered to be an essential aspect while working on a specific module. A
module consists of various timelines which needs to be taken into consideration by the
individuals in order to accomplish the assigned targets of the module before the deadlines and
submit the work on time (Cotronei-Baird,2020). The respective module was very complex and
critical in nature, in order to complete the work in an appropriate manner it became necessary for
me to manage my time in a productive manner. I relied upon the formation of a very systemic
time table so as to delegate every task with a time frame and achieve the task within within the
same. The respective practice assisted in completion of this module in a very advance and
deliberate manner. It also helped me to invest my time productively and ensure that I provide
necessary time and attention to each assignment so as to provide my best potential in the
execution of the same. In realised that in order to lead a good learning journey, it is very
important for the learners to follow the right set of time patterns so as to achieve higher
efficiency in the respective work. Time management enabled me to enhance the quality of work
in the my given tasks which in turn led to the up gradation of overall standard quality work
delivered by me during the phase of this module. Earlier, I used to really procrastinate my work
which used to ultimately result in delay of work or reduced quality of work . With the
implementation of a time schedule, I was able to reduce procrastination and feel more motivates
to complete my work on time. When tout work gets delayed and you feel that you will not able to
achieve the targets set in the module on the respective time, an individual to tend to feel anxious
