INTRODUCTION Research plan is a short document that propose a research project in academia. The aim of this plan is to identifying consumer satisfaction with the product of peace essential. For that purpose the study will carry out all the outline that is essential in research plan from both primary method and secondary method. TASK 3 a) Research plan Research topic “To examine the consumer satisfaction towards the Face Roller; A study on Peace Essential”. Research Background The research is done for the consumer behaviour towards the new product that is Face Roller from Peace Essential. The research is based on the theoretical study as this the most suitable study for the understanding satisfaction level of consumers and their behaviour towards the face roller introduced by Peace Essential (Bell, Bryman and Harley, 2018). In this study, scholar identify where the products has been served by the company and what are the consumer segment selected. Research aim and objectives The aim of the research is to identify that consumers are satisfied with the product of or not of P. Following are the objective of the present research; To identify the demand of the product of Peace Essential. To study current problems faced by the Peace Essential in marketing of the new product. To evaluate the reaction of consumers towards the product of Peace Essential. Primary market research The primary market research has been done by scholar in the study. In primary data collection, researcher used survey and questionnaire to understand on which extent consumers are satisfied with the products (Brace, 2018). The survey was conducted on 30 consumers and the questions were closed ended. From the survey it has been analysed that from 100% consumers, 30% are very satisfy with the product, 35% were satisfy and 25% people are dissatisfied with the product. 1
Secondary market research Secondary research includes the information that already exists. Researcher implement secondary data to the study and collect data from the previous sales figure of the product of the Peace Essential. The researcher used internal and external sources for the research. In the secondary market research, scholar used SWOT analysis and Porter's five forces model (Yanow and Schwartz-Shea, 2015). Marketing mix Marketing mix can also be define as 4P's model and has been carried out by the researcher to understand the effectiveness of the product. By this tool, scholar evaluate the effective strategies company used for the product and is that able to fulfil the satisfaction level of consumers. The research showed that the product provide by the company is effectively priced and promoted in the market that able to attract consumers. SWOT SWOT is an effective tool that help in to understand the strength and weakness of the current product as well as present opportunity and threat. Researcher carried out SWOT analysis and analyse the strength and weakness of the product and company and present opportunities and threats for the new products (Beins, 2017). The biggest weakness analysed by the researcher is the intense competition and the strength is the enhance demand of face roller in the market. Porter's five forces model Porter's five forces analysis model applied by the researcher in the present study to analyse the competitive situation in the market. Under this, five forces were analysed that can have impact on the potential product. It has been analysed by the researcher that all the five forces are threat for the company. Market Analysis Researcher carried out an analysis on the potential market for the new product and analysed that it should be first introduced effectively in the UK market and company should plan further for expansion (Peace Essential,2019). The market and the people demanded for marble roller and company effectively analyse the market need and present the product that fit best in the market segment. Researcher analysed the market that include; market segment, fluctuation in the marketplace, present opportunity for the new product in the market. 2

CONCLUSION From the present study it has been analysed that both primary and secondary method of research are beneficial in academic writing and to conduct a research. It also has been identified that Face Roller by Peace Essential is a great product and all the aspects of the product from price to promotion make able the product to satisfy the need and demand of consumers. 3
