spread the disease. I am working as a manger in McDonald's and before Covid 19 the
labour target was 20 percent but now it has been changed to 16 percent . There are various
new strategies have adopted such as less employees will work on the floor in order to get
better profits and better percentage of labours. To control covid 19 , there are various
precautions which are implemented in McDonald such as following social distancing and
wearing mask is mandatory and additionally staying 6 feet away. Hand should be washed
along with using hand sanitizer before touching things. Spreading awareness of covid 19
among the peoples and following the guidelines which are given by the government in order
to control covid19. Hand sanitizer is must to maintain the hygiene. The food is investigated
for the proper hygiene. Screening is done to detect the elevated body temperature. Peoples
should avoid contacts with each other. These are the strategies which have been taken to
control covid -19.

process was launched in every organisation in order to detect elevated temperature.
Maintaining social distancing and safe distancing it was very significant to avoid the
contacts of peoples. Along with these procedures there were change management plan was
also adopted by the mcdonlds corporation, because change is very significant in every
organisation such as mcdonald , they brought changes in order to increase as well as to
improve productivity. Strategic management framework was values the goals and resources
capabilities along with this values the structure and processes they are accounted as internal
strategic of management. The management plans were implemented for the competitive
environment and the general environment and they are known as external strategies.
