Professional and personal development basically involves the improvement in the set of skills for the
purpose to gain a desired position in the organisation for the purpose to maintain good relations
among the employees. The personal development basically involves the proper management,
knowledge, planning of time, proper management etc. In this report, I will be required to develop an
understanding of the Professional and personal professional development in order to under take a
degree level of study in the field of accounting and financial management (Anjum, 2021). For me
being a student of financial and accounting management, in the next five years I am looking myself
doing a well established job and using various types of skills for the purpose to succeed in my career.
The present report will further involve the skills and competencies against the professional standard
as well also involves the production of the personal development learning log for the purpose to
develop the skills and also involves the personal development plan that also involves a CV. The
personal learning is basically a way that helps in managing the needs and requirements for the
purpose to gain a particular position in the organisation and improving the skills set. The concept of
