Real estate business has attracted many parties attention for the past few decades. Many investors are interested in making direct investment in real estate companies and direct investment involves purchasing of commercial and residential property that would be used as for reselling at future time and an income purchasing assets. Developers, corporate occupiers and consumers are the users who would be attracted in making investment into the country (Arenaet al.2015). The structure of established real estate company is the joint venture that is a general partnership foe which the deal would be limited to single real estate deal. Answer to question 3: The collapse of building resulting in injuries and death and lead to destabilizing the foundation. If the natural impacts such as occurrence of earthquake and its impact on the business conditions are quantified, it would be easier to conduct the costing and financial analysis. Furthermore, the environmental objective of company can be expressed by setting targetssuch that it is possible to measure the performance and environmental targets and the same should be reported in quantifiable financial or technical terms. Accounting system of organization would be benefitted in the pursuit of identified environmental objectives; actions are taken on amount and detail of nature of incurred expenditures. The financial implications of the environmental factors should be quantified so that it would be suitable for organization to make proper reporting of its environmental impact (Ortaset al.2015). It is also so because it would account to environmental investment by organization.
