unacceptable, the percentage of operating profit shows zero which indicates operating income is
less than operating expenses only the gross profit percentage fulfills the business needs. The

assets usage ratio and investment ratio are also not enough to compare to the ideal ratio. It is not
sufficient for the business concern to run the business smoothly or cover all expenses and risks.
To overcome this situation companies have to make some strong decisions to run its operation
and also they need to control their day to expenses for acquiring more money and output.
