INTRODUCTION
The personal and professional development plan defines the appropriate strategies,
learning, supervising, mentoring and policies that are used by an individual in order to achieve
its goals and target in adequate manner. The development plan is based on the assessment of
skills, abilities, attributes and capabilities through which action plan is developed to attain certain
goals and objectives in life that helps to job position (Alberth, 2018). There is a tough
competition in the market and with this it is hard for all the individual to get adequate job. Thus
it is vital for all the individual to make their personality much differ as compared to others and
for this relative skills and abilities are needed to be improvise in systematic format. The
following report consist of different aspect such as problem solving, time management, C.V
writing, reflective writing, analytical and critical thinking that are used while achieving better job
in future period of time.
MAIN BODY
Problem solving
It is an act that defines the problem that is needed to get identifies, select, prioritise the
alternatives which is inter-dependent and used to to make better and effective implementation of
goals and objectives. There is a need to analyse the problem solving skills of mine in which I
have tried to maintain better control on the different working aspect that has been managed and
controlled appropriately. It is basically help me to better determine different course of actions
that are taken to get over from complex situation (Baecher, 2020). The problem solving process
includes several stages as it is used to accomplish the target with more effectiveness and is as
explained below as: Identification of issue: It is an initial stage in which I have collect and gathered certain
information about the particular topic under which different point of views are considered
and most suitable one is selected. I used to make a separate list of all the issues as per the
level of interest and then tried to resolve the complexities in adequate format. Understanding the interest: It is the most critical aspect under which I have tried to
ensure that various solution are represented in order to develop satisfactorily outcome. I
have also tried to make the result which is equally suitable for all and under this I am

always looking forward to attain the solution while listening the working aspects of
others as it helps to achieve better solutions. Listing of solutions: In order to resolve the problem or any other issue it is needed that
different pathway is considerate and along with this most suitable is selected. Thus I have
uses brainstorming with which a lot of creativity and innovative results are processed in
an options. It helped me to implement better solution to solve any of the problem
(Bozkuş, 2019).
 Evaluation: It is a stage in which all the collected data and information is evaluated and
under this the number of ideas and thinking is processed that assist to solve the problem
on timely basis.
Thus I have always tried to resolve the issue with support of different skills as like active
listening and with this I have listen all the prospect of others. I have also analysis the different
skills through which I have tries to implies the most suitable solution. Creativity is also being
used to develop creative solutions by making suitable relation with others. It it more helpful and
helps to get over from different issues with better efficiency and thus I am able to gain attain
effective endings with more appropriateness. It helps in future period of mine and with this I am
able to solve all the complex situations in appropriate manner. It helped me to work with more
delight by which desirable outcomes are achieved in timely manner.
Time management
It is basically a process which is used to plan and control all the working and other
practices within the specified period of time. It helps to generate better productiveness through
which I have divide the complete task into different slots by which I am able to process the
working smartly. I am able to complete the task not only within the lesser period of time but also
be by making better implementation that helps to complete the working in effective manner
(Choy, 2019). The management of time used to make better improvisation in the personal and
professional carrier and there are few skills that are required for time management that is as
explained below as: Organisation: In this I have tried to maintain clear focus and concern so as to complete
the work on time and in organised manner. In this I have tried to be more well-organised
and preparing a detailed analysis of certain situations as by making certain notes and
documents.

 Prioritization: It is a stage in which I have assigned priority to different activities and
implement certain changes accordingly. In this ability to mine to process the work in
timely manner is developed thus it is easy for mine to make effective understanding about
overall working. Goal setting: It is an ability in which I have become a better time manager in which the
capabilities of mine to understand the goals and target is developed with accurate
perceptions. In this I have tries to make both short and long term goals that helps to gain
certain success and growth in life or in future period of time.
 Communication: It is more essential skill and with this I am able to make better and
effective interactions with the others. In this the ability of mine to make certain plans and
strategy is increases and have make comfort interactions with others by which level of
transparency is increases. (Coomber, 2019).
It is a skill that provides the appropriate structure that allows to implement effective
changes and modifications that helps to achieve goals and objectives in appropriate manner. To
get a job these skills helps me to play successful role as by using creative strategies.
C.V writing
Curriculum vitae is a document that is used to maintain the record of all the prospect
which is developed by an individual to represent it in front of employer. It include the
professional degree, experiences, skills, achievements, abilities, training, working history with
grades, certification that all combined highlighted the overall personality and have huge impact
as well. It is the basic requirement while applying for a job placement as whether an individual is
experienced or a fresher. Thus it is required to be more appropriate and flexible which
collectively binds up the particular set of skills and abilities that is used to fulfil the expectation
of employer (DiPaola, 2018). As it include detailed and brief information about the academic and
professional history as like working experiences, awards, achievements, coursework, projects,
publications that has been asked by the company for the appropriate vacant position.
It is required C.V is presented with the usage of appropriate template by which it is easy
to attain the attention of employer. C.V reflects an individual personality thus it is essential that it
is more specific and clear by which applicability is enhanced up-to more than 50%. Thus I have
ensure that C.V is developed by the consideration of different prospect as like contact
information, academic background, professional experience, certificates, personal information,

hobbies, professional associations, awards by which it is easy for the employer to make better
judgement about me.
I have make the C.V as per the job description and added those skills on top that is
relatable to the job. There are some certain skills that are required to be presented in me and
must have mention in the curriculum vitae. As like active listening with this I have tried to
understand the abilities of others and as per that make certain changes in my own C.V. Computer
and communication skills are essentially mention while preparing C.V as it is most required for
any of the job specifications (Gwynn, 2018). I have pick up the best format and includes all the
additional and required information which is used to grab the attention of employer at first time.
I have also considerate analytical, marketing, management, presentation, writing and project
management skills of mine in effective manner.
Reflective writing
It is an analytical practices which is used to describe the imaginary and real interaction
through which thoughts and ideas and processed in satisfactorily manner. It helps to upraise the
experiences of mine that is used to maintain personal understanding about specific topic.
Reflective writing somehow based on academic and general writing that helps to know more
about various aspect by which originative learning is processed. I have encouraged and modifies
the learning aspect of mine by which I am able to learn and process imaginative learning. It helps
me to evaluate and present the reading, thinking and representing of diverse range of possibilities
and viewpoints. It brings a positive change in my personality as I am able to judge all the
different directions of working with this continuous success and development is measured in
effective manner. I have pertained the emotions and feeling of mine in order to feature and
characterised the experiences in effective and efficient manner. It is a better dealing of time that
is spent as by thinking about what an individual said and understand about an individual. In this
the ability of reflective and creative thinking is processed by which interconnectivity in between
the different activities is processed (Hamilton, 2018). It is a from that shows the personal
reflection about various situations, event, informations, experiences to implement relative
response.
It is more basically includes the processing phase in which thinking and learning takes
place thus I am able to implement proper modifications as by assessing various ideas and
thoughts. Thus I have take a pause and rethink the different working aspect by which suitable

examination of various thoughts is proceeded. It helps me to take adequate job which is perfectly
matched up with the foundation of various understanding as by recognising the valuable
knowledge. In this the employer have easily judge the thinking level of mine which is utilised as
to cope up from various situations within the stipulated period of time.
Analytical and critical thinking
It is a skill that defines the involvement of thinking through which the complex situations
are divided into the smaller segments by which better information and knowledge is processed
with more appropriateness. Analytical thinking is based on logical implementation and on the
other hand critical thinking is based on the analysis of various situations and then certain
judgements are developed accordingly. Thus I have tried to make reasonable judgements as those
are always be more logical and suitably interpreted as well (Hildebrand, 2018). I will always
tried to maintain more fluency in my work thus try to break overall structure into several
segments. I have used critical thinking also and with this I have tried to be more formative and
as per that provide priority to the different assessment. It is usually based up on the information
that is gathered as with the support of facts and figures and with this proper ending is processed.
I have used this skill in order to develop consideration power and with this all the different issues
that are generated on random basis are acknowledged and identifies in easiest manner. Thus it is
easy for mine to manage the information in managerial manner as by inducing both logical and
reasoning capabilities.
I have enhanced the professional and personal development plan of mine and I with this I
have fulfilled all my loopholes and gaps with better efficiency as with this I am able to achieve
better job position. It assist to develop the result which is not only verified but also provide
evidence of all the different arguments so as to attain liable conclusion in timely basis (Rubens,
2018). While working in any of the company it is needed that mental ability and capability is
stronger and with the concentration of this skill I am able to provide numerous solution by
making deep study of particular aspect.

It has been concluded from the above report that personal and professional development
is a procedure that is followed by all the individual's in order to achieve a workplace that is
accurate and matched up with the skills, education, educational background, attributes etc. There
are certain set of skills which is needed to emphasised as with this the capabilities of individual
is enhanced by which it is easy to accomplish appropriate job in effective manner.
