When certain laws are implemented or utilized as a solution for some issues then it
has its consequences as well. Analysing the consequences is necessary before acting
in any situation.
Particular issues have to be to addressed such as:
Analysing who will benefit from the actions taken.
Thinking about people being hurt after the implementation is done.
What kind of harms or benefits will be received by the person who is in question in the
case study. The value of the action should be considered if it is low or high in quality
because it can affect the actions of the person.
Things should be considered about the actions such as the long term or short term
consequences because the negative effects have to be thought about.

Analyze - The
Actions
The analysis of actions in this case study has to be considered by looking up at
Kushla’s conduct and her actions. It is essential to check if her action will be aligned
with the moral principles, which has equality, fairness, honesty, respect and dignity,
and the capability of respecting other people’s rights and their vulnerability towards
the superior and the higher power.
Kushla needs to think about her actions before reporting the issue to Kevin.
She should check if her actions are not coming in between her ethical dilemma or if
they are crossing the line of decency.
