considered as an effective factor in predicting the
performance of an individual. In fact, a perspective

1. POLICY STATEMENT
 Old people are provided with a rather safe as well as accessible housing in the
community or even in the institutional settings. Apparently, this may include
physical access of a wide public and commercial services in the society.

 There should be the provisions economic, psychological, as well as respite
support for the families in a community and caregivers of all ages.
 Making sure that the there is a promotion and overall strengthening of the
entire role of social work with an aim of meeting the needs of older adults by
the use of practice, policy, research, as well as advocacy.
 Work towards the introduction of pension to make sure the current basic state
pension as well as additional top up benefits is immediately replaced.
 Ensuring that there are varieties of positive job opportunities with
undiscriminating requirements for old people.
 In this regard, hold people are given access to financial support that will tend
to provide them with the policy on the retirement benefit.
 Forming a policy where old people are allowed to participate in communal
