Question 1: The code of ethics of a community worker and the principles of individual worth and
individual right to social inclusion
ACWA is tend to set out ethical as well as the practice benchmark for the community
workers that are based on and designed in accordance to the industry and expectation of the
public. Beside this, the code of ethics is tend to be the explicit set of the document which implies
and lays down the expectation and standards for the community workers working in professional
field (Verwold and et. al., 2021). Along with this, ACWA has also defined community work
practitioner standard that hold a relevant qualification and set of ethical values, knowledge and
skills that are needed within the community workers to work in independently manner and
facilitates and ensures social inclusion (ACWA: Ethics and standards, 2021.). Further, the code
of ethics of community workers tend to set out a standard which tend to guide these individuals
to professional conduct and undertake their social work. The fist and foremost code of ethics
tend to emphasise that every community profession is tend to has an obligation to articulate its
basic values, ethical principles, and ethical standards. Further, the ACWA has provide the ethical
Code which are tend to be relevant and need to be comply by all social workers and social work
students, regardless of their professional functions, the settings in which they work, or the
populations they serve. It has been identified and presented by the Code that its is the vital that
core values on which social works are directed and performing need to be mission is based.
Along with this, the code of ethics also summarizes broad ethical principles that reflect the
profession’s core values and establishes a set of specific ethical standards that should be used to
guide social work practice (Ergenç and Göçer, 2022).
Further, an effective implication and use of the principles of individual worth and
individual right to social inclusion has been made to ensure that every human being regardless of
their race, gender, religion, age, disability or any other form of individual difference tend to have
an equal right to maximize there potential and meet there needs. Along with this, leading and
supporting social inclusion as community workers is also made and highly needed as it is
supported by the ethical code that every human has the right to have the active role in the society
along with meeting their fundamental values of equity, social justice and freedom. Besides this,
to ensure the application of code of ethics along with set principles of individual worth and
individual right to social inclusion an exact and positive nature of relationship has been designed
and developed as community worker (Koh, 2022). Along with this, it has been also ensuring that

all information that is relevant and concerning the client should be maintain and need to operate
and used while maintaining the confidentiality level to maintain the dignity and obligation of the
client. Beside this, proper steps are also being undertaken to exercise and promote improvement
with the skill and knowledge of the client in most beneficial manner along with establishing and
effectively maintaining all the set professional boundaries with the client. Further, implication
and making use of the principles of social justice, equity, individual worth, human dignity, and
self-determination has been also made within all day to day professional practice. As a
community worker effective step are taken to purse and bring the relevant social change on the
behalf of vulnerable and oppressed individuals having different disability to ensure and brings
the higher social justice in the society. Along with this, dignity of all individuals and clients has
been also made by the way of having a scene of caring and respect for all irrespective of any
discrimination based on individual cultural or ethnic diversity (Gemara and Nadan, 2022).
A sense of self determination has been supported by the community worker to meet the
capacity and expectation of the client to ensure and maintain high dignity level. Beside this,
social inclusion and integrity has been also supported and bright by the way of continually being
aware of the profession’s mission, values, ethical principles, and ethical standards and practice in
a manner consistent with them. Beside this, it has been also assured and implicated to support the
work and needs of client in honestly and responsibly manner in order to promote ethical
practices on the part of the organizations (Alqahtani, 2022). Further, it has been also seen that
some time ethical dilemma is also faced as community worker as its the right of client to refuse
to food but being a community worker it become vital to advise them to have the food which
might it be liked by client. Beside this, during my placement in the Aruma all set ethical
consideration are proper meet and all the clients are served on equality basis along with ensuring
higher level of respect and care for all to maintain integrity and social inclusion. Along with this,
the funds provided by the NDIS is being effectively used and applied to ensure the proper daily
personal activities for all clients along with supporting and leading out the transport facilities to
enable the participation in the community and social daily life activities. Beside this, the fund
provided by the NDIS is also being used to ensure their effective therapeutic supports for the
client along with meeting their behaviour supports and better health and wellbeing. Further, use
of funds of NIDS would also been made to help the client with household task and ensure their
