Conclusion
The author concludes the study by suggesting that there may be different types of
addictions that may have a certain type of behavioural outcome. The author suggests that the
findings from the article may help in the establishment of more effective preventions of the
addictions issue. In this context, preventive strategies could be helpful in recognising the risk
based on the personality addictions (2). The study also implies strategies for interventions and
proper treatments for addictions amongst employees.

clinical workplaces. Other than highlighting the consequences of the addictive behaviour in

behaviour and diversified addiction. In this, article the author, the moves further to deliver
guidelines on the way to intervene the issues and to prevent the addictive behaviour in the
organisations.
