Adept Owl Games Company deals with development of high quality entertaining board
card as well as puzzle games for their consumers. The leading role of the company is to develop

develop a future plan for Information Technology capability. With respect to the abilities of the
human resources associated to the company it has been defined different issues are associated to

needed by the organization. Two different types of procedures are there such as mass letter mail
