Executive Summary
The following assignment deals with studying the annual report of the company to understand
whether the company has applied the basic policies of fundamental conceptual framework in the
preparation of their financial statements. It has the required fundamental qualitative
characteristics, and whether the users can use it effectively to take decisions based on that
financial statements of the company. Various concepts and principles forms part of the
fundamental analysis for the preparation of the financial statements of the companies and it is
important that companies should follow that that will enhance the overall quality of that financial
