During my placement in the aged care department, I have experienced about the
process of admission of all the residents as per their specific physical conditions (Andersen.
2015). The assessment tools vary according to the requirement of the patients. All the
residents follow some facility policy as well as procedures for the admission process to be
completed. Here, in this paper I am illustrating the process of admission of an aged resident.
