1. Abstract
This research paper is prepared to evaluate the adoption of cyber computing enterprises
resources planning in Rio Tinto Company and its impact on its business. In this research
proposal Rio Tinto Company has been taken into consideration. This paper has reflected the use
of sampling and ethical issues in this paper which is used collection of data. This research paper
focus on how Rio Tinto could increase its business efficiency by adopting cyber computing
enterprises resources planning in its business. . It is an Australian- British company also known
as one of the world’s largest metals and mining corporations. The main headquarter of company
is in London, United Kingdom. In this research paper, 50 respondents of Rio Tinto Company
have been taken into consideration to collect the required amount of the data. The questionnaire
survey consisted of 50 members of Rio Tinto were selected by the application of the purposive
sampling technique. These research analyses were generated using the quantitative research
methods and descriptive data analysis method. This research has put emphasis upon how Rio
Tinto could increase its business efficiency by adopting cyber computing enterprises resources
planning in its business. It is considered that company needs to analysis all the internal and
external factors before adopting cyber computing system in business.
The Rio Tinto should adopt this cyber computing system in business so that it could
reduce the complexity of the business and implement automation in its value chain activities.
There are several recommendations such as using XOXO software in its reporting
frameworks and using innovative business technologies in its business. These technologies and
advancement in its value chain activities will help company to adopt cyber computing enterprises
resources planning in its business. It is suggested that if Rio Tinto actually wants to adopt this

proper training and development program for its employees. This will not only helps employees
