organizations are generally increasing and therefore it is becoming quite difficult to manage
the functions and operations of the organization appropriately. Thus, the multinational
organizations prefer the technology of artificial intelligence as it not only manages the
operations of the business appropriately but also helps in serving sheer number of clients
properly irrespective of location and time.
b) Purpose and justification
The adoption of the technology of artificial intelligence within the organization helps
in serving huge number of organizational clients irrespective of time and location. The
utilization of Artificial Intelligence in business organizations not only helps in managing
various operations of the business accurately but also assists in saving both money and time
by automating the entire operation of the business. In addition to this, it is found that with the
use of AI, the organization can be able to serve its customer 24x7 without creating any
