2. Rationale
a) Problem domain
The multinational organization generally engages in number of complex business
operation in order to deal with the clients of the organization. They generally have to manage
sheer number of business functions as well as operations in order to meet the demands as well
as requirements of the clients. However, it is identified that with time, the clients of the
organizations are generally increasing and therefore it is becoming quite difficult to manage
the functions and operations of the organization appropriately. Thus, the multinational
organizations prefer the technology of artificial intelligence as it not only manages the
operations of the business appropriately but also helps in serving sheer number of clients
properly irrespective of location and time.
b) Purpose and justification
The adoption of the technology of artificial intelligence within the organization helps
in serving huge number of organizational clients irrespective of time and location. The
utilization of Artificial Intelligence in business organizations not only helps in managing
various operations of the business accurately but also assists in saving both money and time
by automating the entire operation of the business. In addition to this, it is found that with the
use of AI, the organization can be able to serve its customer 24x7 without creating any
downtime as well as disruption within the business operation

The adoption of artificial intelligence is mainly suggested by various multinational
companies in order to perform various business related functions accurately. The use of AI
within business organization not only helps performing business operations accurately but
also assists serving the clients 24x7 irrespective of time and location.
4. Research Questions
The research questions of the paper are as follows:
 How artificial intelligence is advantageous for the business organizations?
 How the technology of artificial intelligence helps in mitigated issues that are
associated with human error within the business organizations
 What are the various steps that are generally followed by the business
organization for adopting artificial intelligence?
5. Conceptual and theoretical framework
A multinational company generally requires appropriate resources as well as time in
order to manage the various business operations including the client. It is identified that with
the growth in the business, it becomes quite difficult for the workers of the organization to
maintain the clients as well as fulfil their demands with accuracy. It is stated by Wenger
(2014) that workers who are working in the multinational organization can make mistakes
while handling the clients that can create further negative impact on the business of the
organization. Therefore, in order to mitigate the issues as well as challenges, the organization
wants to adopt artificial intelligence, which assists in managing the business operations of the
organization with accuracy (Zang, Zhang, Di and Zhu 2015). In addition to this, with the

utilization of AI, the business operation of the organization can serve their clients 24x7 which
is one of the most important benefits of AI.
Artificial Intelligence generally helps in providing number of advantages that are as
follows:
Encourage competitors: According to Feigenbaum (2014), it is identified that the use
of AI within business helps the team to get on board. It is found that the AI assists in creating
healthy competitors, within the business organization, which not only increases productivity
of the organization but also assists in generating high yearly revenue.
Enhance productivity: It is stated by Muller and Bostrom (2016) that the use of AI
within the business organization help in providing proper opportunity to improve the
functions as well as operations of the business by minimizing downtime as well as disruption
which further assists in enhancing organizational productivity.
Rapid input to data and information: AI helps in providing the opportunity of
organizing as well as scanning data and information within a short period of time that further
assists in providing the opportunity of doing other work of the business within that time.
6. Methodology
a) Research and system development method
The project mainly utilizes agile development method for adopting AI within
different business organizations. The agile methodology is mainly used in order to support
continuous as well as rapid adoption of AI. In addition this, it is identified that with the use of
agile methodology system development methodology, the project can be able to adopt the

changing circumstances and thus can be able to serve the customers with appropriate method
of delivery.
b) Data collection or system design methods
The paper utilizes secondary data collection method in order to collect information
that is related with the adoption of AI within business organization. It is food that numbers of
journal articles, eBooks as well as published papers are reviewed for gathering information
associated with AI.
c) Ethical Issues
The various types of ethical issues that can occur within the organization include:
 Pressurizing workers to work after their shift time for completing the research
 Careless of the organizational employees in managing confidential data and
information
d) Compliance requirements (Workplace, industry or government regulations)
The organization must follow the occupational health and safety act for marinating
safe organizational environment. It also assists in reducing workplace accidents as well as
injuries.
e) Analysis of data
After the adoption of AI by business organization, it has been analyzed that 80% of
the organization are able to improve their business operations by operating 24x7. The
utilization of AI within business also helps in decreasing the chances of downtime as well as
disruption within the business organizations.
