INTRODUCTION
Adult health nursing is a program course that prepares an individual as a registered nurse
which provides them a general patient care for adults patients. This program majorly includes
primary care in adult patients, also includes adult pathophysiology. In addition, management of
clinical and their efficient treatments, and their assessment of patient and education is also
efficiently covered during this program (Harvey and Uren, 2019). Patient referral and includes
efficient planning associated with maintenance of patient care programs. This program makes an
efficient nurse in rendering good nursing practices and their chief execution into their practices
so that the aim of the adult patient care is achieved appropriately. Adult health nurses are
proficient in providing patient care to adult age group which can both include adults and elderly
adults. This program will aid in the nursing practice by mainly focussing on the care of the adult
individual and their associated families to aid them recover fast and get well from their sickness.
In addition, the they maintain the utmost health of the patient and provide quality of life yo their
patients .
MAIN BODY
Health care is the evolution of health through prevention of the disease, disease's
appropriate diagnosis, and required treatment with improvement in any individual. In addition,
health care also involves cure of the impairment or the disease, associated injuries of the patient,
and other any physical or psychiatric disorders in any individual (James and et. al., 2022).
Healthcare is mainly delivered by health care professional and other associated health care
providers which mainly aids in the process of the healing and allied health fields are essential for
this purpose. Adult nurses efficiently plan and supply health care to their patients . In health care
settings, adult health nurses plays an efficient patient care of adults. Their practices involves care
to adult patients from avast variety of medical conditions and sickness. In addition, they are
chiefly accountable for supporting their treatments to cure the disease and aid their patient
recover fast by working on their well-being. As I've been working in health care setting for a
private client which was for over a year and was efficiently studying for the past 3 years in health
social science. Now I want to continue within the health care setting to pursue my masters in
Adult Nursing (Neale and Sale, 2022). As a adult nurse program is a course program which will
provide me with patient care learning and patient care practices for adults that will efficiently in

the process of treatment, diagnosis of the disease. This masters course will provide me with
efficient knowledge and skills that is needed to accomplish the quality of life as a registered
nurse in the process of practice of adult nursing in the health care setting. This course will aid me
with the theoretical proficiency and practical knowledge and skills required to register as an adult
nursing practices. With this program I'll be able to gain more of required professional knowledge
and technical skills to efficiently become a registered nurses and this course will degree will
majorly add value to my profession and knowledge.
Responsibilities of adult nursing in health care settings involves many major roles.
Physical care and emotional support for the residents is the major role of the adult nurse within
the health care settings. As a adult nurse my daily responsibilities is to help a resident who is at
home care to get them dressed, wash their clothes, get them dressed efficiently and make them
eat properly (Peate and Hill, 2022). Providing the patient an soft company so that the adult
patient feels safe and secure in their zones. Chatting and sharing of all major and minor news
which is happening around can be very effective in their treatment process. By involving them in
writing their care plans so that the patient feels involved and this will foster the communication
among the both and makes a soft kinship that will aid me in the process of patient care. In can
also provide efficient patient care plans to their family members so that the patient feel safe and
secured during the process of treatments and care. By ensuring their needs accomplishment, their
needs and wishes so that the patient is efficiently looked for their ailment efficiently. By working
with other efficient health care professionals, I can efficiently provide the patient care to the
adult patient and this will foster the knowledge and skills that is required within the course
program. Recording and reporting to essential information in the recovery process of the resident
can be effective measure as a nursing professional. This keeping record of the daily essential
reports of the patient helps in maintaining the record accurately and also aids in immediate
references. Communication system while dealing with the patient is the major part of the
nursing, this should be polite, calm and informative to the patient and their family members.
Administering the medication efficiently is the foremost vital step in the process of the patient
care and that should be practices well (Polovitch and et. al., 2019). This also teaches to gently
encourage the adults encourages to get involved in the recreational activities so that they foster
their activities and feel good about their recovery process.

The NMC code of 2018 includes the nursing roles which details about prioritising patient,
and preserve patient's safety by promoting their professionalism and by practising efficiently by
maintaining a trust with the patient. Other major responsibilities includes attending the staff
meetings to conduct the process appropriately. Also filling the weekly time-sheet regarding the
patient. Maintaining care records and the training process should be efficiently taken to foster the
practice within the health care settings (Simpson and et. al., 2022). By maintaining and
recording the patient care is the vital step in the patient care. Monitoring of any related issues
with the patient is also considerable with this role. Recording any sort of complaint or patient
health impairment and should be looked after very efficiently. As a health care professional I
should be polite, calm, and passionate in patient care profession. Empathy and patience has to be
my first priority within the profession to aid the process of healthy patient care within the health
care setting. Being positive and encouraging will aid my professional value and also I should be
respectful to my patients. In should communicate well to my patient so that they feel safe to
share their values to me efficiently and without any hesitation (Young and et. al., 2018).

CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it can be conferred that the health care segment is vast range
of health care which includes many vital health care providers and allied professionals. An adult
nurse is a health care professional who provides efficient patient care to their adult patients. An
adult nursing involves care plans to the patient and their family. They chiefly provide
information, social care, patient's needs and wishes, home care such as washing of clothes,
getting them dressed, and make them eat. Filling and keeping record of the patient recovery
process can be more efficient in the patient care of adults. Being passionate and communicative
to the adult patients is the first priority of the adult nursling.
