INTRODUCTION
Substance misuse or abuse is formally defined as the continued misuse of any substance
which can affect the person's mental health and their situations condition. As per this, it is well
analysed that the alcohol dependence and the use of misuse substance is include drug which is
heroin, cocaine, cannabis, are comes under this category. This create negative impact and harm
individual health in various ways this report the background of the alcohol and substance misuse
are discussed with the planning model (Adams and et. al., 2019). in this, interventions are
applied and by analysing the planning model a critique is also evaluated. In this report, the
proper study about the alcohol and their misuse are in the background with the proper planning
model, this is well identified that the intervention which is used by government or the private
organisation in order to eradicate the issues which is faced by number of populations. In this, the
planning model which is discussed in this report show some point of critique which enable the
evaluation and their functional chapters (Bielefeld and et., 2018).
BACKGROUND
The excessive alcohol consumption is usually taken by 2.5 million years of potential and
their lost about annually. In this addiction, also effect in the healthcare industries and their
sectors because due to the over alcohol consumption and misuse of drug can cause various
serious complications. As per this, in the previous years this is analyzed that the teenagers are
become excessive addicted towards the alcohol and drug in this the main drug which is create the
addiction are heroin, cocaine, charas, ganja, and so on. As per this, situation become more was
while taking the statics of teenagers. In this, it is widely measure that the affected patient who are
dealing or facing the issues of drug and alcohol addiction in teenagers because as for the
combination of genetic and hormonal changes, they are making the curiosity to take this type of
drugs and alcohol in order to make some relevance but after a time while this factor become
addicted towards them. With the rise of population drug addiction and abuse also in hands their
reasons (Forster and et. al., 2018). Overall, the early part of the people addicted to where's the
mostly plant of cannabis and others and in this it is also evaluated that the alcohol-based
substance usually most addicted. In the previous year’s mobile taking the aspect of recent time
this is finalized that in the 21st century in the alcohol consumption is more as compared to others
addictive drug. They cause various disease after a longer time of conception and this the

substance are utilized from the different forms of drugs used to taken by oral route and some of
them are by smoke and for the high rate of effect some drugs are used to taken by intravenous
route through the injections and this approach from the teenagers lead to cause the death (Gentry
and et. al., 2017).

has evolved into the heroin and morphine and their derivatives are used to take. As per this, after

level. The addiction and government used to take the intervention in order to reduce the
addiction which is caused by various factors as per this the government usually declared a state
of emergency. As per this, the various populations are used to identify it as an addiction. In this,

who are facing the issues of addiction they are admitted there for the longer period. Until, they
lost their addiction during the early part of the nation's history the addiction was just the failure
of various factors. In this, after sometime the people start again to struggle with the addiction and
die on the streets and their home. Some of them are used to create the violence after addiction
they are just thrown into the prison (Hirschtritt and et. al., 2018).
