ADVANCED BUSINESS ETHICS

Answer 1: Trust
I agree at personal level that hard earned trust can disappear quickly when violated that
can lead to hinder organizational performance level. Important qualities are honesty and integrity
within the pursued profile through the highest quality potential workers. When there is effective
level of trust, individuals step forward voluntary and perform optimally, efficiency, as well as
jointly (Alarie, 2016). These embrace the common objectives, regularly take enough risks, think
with creativity, support each other, and converse openly and sincerely. When there is not,
individuals compete regarding positions, hoard information, do not particularly take many risks,
and talk about others, instead of with them, and it can lead to harm the organizational image.
This can lead to cause the higher employees turnover, loss of organizational opportunities, less
level of possibility in relation to attracting the new and qualitative applicants, worse morale of
employees, improved stress level of employees, less efficiency within the group, and many other
things.
There are some causes in relation to loss of trust. These are lies and half-truths, keeping
information at secret level, activities not enough consistent with words, condescending attitudes,
lack of support for development of employees (Rawls, 2020). Personal level of experience I had
when I was the manager of restaurant. Register of the cash was managed through the waiters
since they themselves charged as well as provided the change to the customers. There came a
particular time when I counted the cash box. Overall there was the lack of money within the box
of cash. I started to lose the trust within the waiters. I had to ensure the decision to be individuals
within the charge of managing the box of cash all the time. As a manager could allow it to take
place when provide the employee enough confidence or trust. Most of the time many people do
not follow rules very well. Manager allows individuals to carry out the task when they should set
as well as follow the rules so that loss of confidence does not influence so much (Taylor, 2019).
Overall trust is valuable, managers within the organization should allow it to happen
through set the anticipations and ensure effective guidelines on how every work will be
completed. Rules of organization should be utilized to ensure that company is abiding through
the every guideline and requirement (Wolff, 2018). In relation to the most basic level of sense,
an advantage of rules as well as regulation within the organization is that they regularly protect

the organization. Through following the rules as well as regulations support the employees to
easily understand what is anticipated from them and what will take place if anyone violate the
any rule and regulation. This leads to create the stable atmosphere in which individuals will feel
safe in relation to come to the work and to go appropriately complete the operations of the
business. Result is more groupwork and higher level of organizational morale. Organization
moral has the direct level of impact on the performance of employees. Individuals that feel
enough satisfaction at work will regularly speak with co-employees to resolve the challenge very
fast and more efficiently.
Through having everyone follow fully communicated rules as well as regulation group
does more effective and organization earns more amount of money on a regular level (Rawls,
2020). Every employee that follows the regulations as well as rules then customers also benefits.
One of the first and important benefits is effectively working with the happier as well as less
stressed employees when conducting the operations of business. Second benefit is that every
employee fell enough comfortable that they are effectively protected and remain safe when
functioning with the organization (John, 2017).
Answer 2: Respond
I would not prefer at personal level to hear it since I am an individual that believes
greatly that organization should provide the appropriate level of training to employees on a
regular level since this provides the significant and important values with training of ethics. This
is what enables the every employee to remain enough capable to identify as well as deal with
ethical challenges supporting them to regularly develop the moral intuitions that imply every
decision and daily activities so that they have not misunderstood and organization can easily
grow (Weber, 2015). This enables to ensure that every one go on the similar path. This would
react little badly since many companies recognize that it is necessary to train the employees at
every organizational level within the many ways. One of the ways can be through the web-based
ethic training since it is homogeneity as well as has the cheaper cost. Individuals can gain the
appropriate level of training in which they can see dialogue, honesty, understanding of whole
experiences within the life and work (Verma, et al., 2016). Overall I think that ethic within the
