Answer to question 1:
Integrated reporting is a corporate transmission and a procedure, which results in the
communication in a most visible way about worth formation over time. This report is a brief
communication about a company’s strategy, domination, performance and the prospects that lead
to the worth of the values. This helps the company to improve the quality of data and statistics
provided by the organizations and increase the efficiency and allocations of process. This well
non- segregated nature of this reporting is the reason behind its adoption by the corporations
globally on voluntary basis. Few Australian companies have adopted integrated reporting for
their organizations. This reporting provides a better platform for the shareholders of the company
for the corporate disclosure of financial reports. This is because shareholders are the person who
invest in a company to own the shares of a particular company. The shareholders are generally
the investor or speculator of the company. The integrated report gives the shareholders a more
complete and aggregate picture as how the company creates value (Jensen and Berg, 2014). This
report provides everything for a shareholder into something that they will understand easily. The
shareholders are the person who understand finance, understand numbers. The other ESG
reporting and financial reporting contains everything under a different head which sometimes
lead the shareholders to get confused and puzzled up. This report is like a transformation of ESG
data into financial information and numbers in the same language that the shareholders will
understand and will invest more in the company.
Answer to Question 2:
The Institutional theory is based on the intense and more flexible feature of communal
structure. This examine the procedure by which the structures including plan, regulations, norms
and routines will be accepted as dependable recommendation for social behavior. This theories
