INTRODUCTION Advanced information System mainly helps Managers in performing all the complicated tasks of the business easily. In order to create a huge network of computer based system within the company, MIS provides various tools and techniques that helps in achieving effective and efficient operations of the company. The study will be based on the Stately Furnitures, in which managers are adopting different techniques to improve the process of the business ion the form of Information Technology. MAIN BODY MIS can be termed as Management Information System that helps the organization in efficient execution of business functions within Stately Furniture (SF). This company mainly deals with the wide variety of customized furniture (Maedche and et.al., 2016). So, as to provide different types of furniture, the Manager of the SF organization have to mainly focus towards developing different strategies that helps in advancing the information technology within the company. All the production and manufacturing activities of the of SF ultimately depends on the choices of customers so it need to be effectively communicated to all the staff members. Also, all the data need to be systematically maintained in secured way by enhancing the security system of the company. Execution of the New Information system within Organization may also helps in proper flow of information that helps in better coordination between different staff members involved in development of the furniture.MIS system also helps Managers in quick decision making. Communicationcan be improved after the implementation of the MIS system within the company (Masum And et.al., 2017). Computerized information allows the easy access to data and information, which promotes the proper flow of information among all the staff members. Implementation of this system within company have also enhanced the speed of customer care team who is involved in taking the orders and delivering such furniture according to the requirement of client. Analytic and Data analysiscan also be positively influenced as it helps in analyzing the actual sales within a particular time.This increases the speed of fetching and feeding the data within computers. Implementation of the MIS system within SF may also helps in making the strategies in order to sustain the business for a longer run. MIS provides the effective tools and techniques which helps in delivering the optimum results of the company and also helps in 1
maintaining the accurate data over server. It ultimately helps in reducing the Data Redundancy (Information System and Technology, 2017). Although, keeping large amount of data securely and also maintaining the error free transactions within an organization was earlier considered as a matter of great concern. This is now eliminated after the implementation of theSystem Securitytool within MIS system. This technique helps the managers of the SF in Restricting the access of the data server. It protects the all the confidential data and provides security to all the financial and important information of the company (hasemaghaei, Ebrahimi and Hassanein, 2016). It may helps in restricting the access using Password oriented system within SF. Human ResourceCan be termed as one of the important function of the business which is involved in production and manufacturing of the products and services designed in SF. So Management Information system also helps in managing the human resource of the company. HRIS (Human Re source Information System) deals with the routine activities and day-to-day functions of the SF. These activities include attendance recording, payroll calculation etc. HRIS within the Stately furniture also maintains the increasing and decreasing number of employees within organization and also helps in managing the human resource of the company. Entertaining Technological improvements within Stately Furniture may also impacts on theIS governanceas it deals development of the formal framework in order to achieve sustainable environment of the company (Kache and Seuring, 2017). This ensures the changes in strategies and planning of the SF that results in the accomplishment of the higher profitability. CONCLUSION From the above study, it can be concluded that development of the new information technology in the form of MIS system helps in achieving the main objectives of the company. This report has developed a complete understanding about the efficient data processing time that results in quick response to customers. This study has mainly focused towards the improved Information technology within Stately furniture that helps in enhancing better customer service data maintaining capabilities of the organization. 2
