but cooperation from the side of nurse lead can help in easing the process. In accordance with
information system nurses will have the opportunity to shape health care plans of patients to
serve the best patient care possible.
Assistant
The medical assistant also plays an essential role because while the time of
implementation of the system, they can help the staff members and employees to tell about the
processing of the systems. This will term helpful enough in gaining understanding of it. The
information system will set guidelines for assistant health practitioners to take follow up.

The role of implementation manager is to monitor whether the processing is going in an
effective way. It is because the employees must be requiring some support for having a better
understanding of the system. So, the implementation manager can analyse whether the

fewer chances of any type of abuse or fraud. Therefore, while evaluating, it also ensures
managing the confidentiality of the system.
HITECH
The health care organisation will be able to analyse success of implementation by
regulating check over privacy rules and standards of act which prevent confidentiality of patient
information. Thus, improving performance of hospitals in emergency situation and management
of patient health records will help in defining success of IS in relation to health care standards.
HITECH is quite similar to HIPAA, but along with those factors, there are some
associated aspects. As in case if on evaluating the system and its processes, if there has been

some employee or person violating the rule and because of that, some other body has to face the
consequences such as patients etc., then with aspect to the regulations of the law, proper
considerations can be taken place.

plans of specific patient. Further, the report identified about the usability, scalability,
compatibility and Interoperability of health information system with its benefits and drawbacks.
From the analysis it has been determined that the technological advancement is effective and
assist in improving patient centered care by reducing medication care but on the other can be risk
to confidentiality of patient health records. In addition, report outlined about the guidelines of
HIPAA and HITECH act which is enforced by government to protect confidentiality of patient
information. Thus, it concluded by outlining four essential stakeholders and their role in
