Questions that will be asked to the staff members:
What type of network traffic is used by the staff members?
What is the requirement criteria of the bandwidth for performing organizational operations?
What kind of application is required by the staffs for the provided network to them?
What is the current network infrastructure of the organization?
What kind devices they need to access in the provided network to them?
What is the medium of the connection that is currently used by the staffs of the organization
for the existing network?
Whether the present connection medium can be used in the proposed medium solution?
If the current connection medium is impossible to implement in the provided network
solution then what type of connection medium they are preferring?
What is the expected response time of the system by the staffs for the proposed network
solution?
Questions that will be asked to the IT staffs:
What the organization is expecting by the implementation of proposed network?
What application are needed for the new proposed network? Whether all the applications
are same with the old network structures or there are some new application which has been
introduced in the new network?
If there is some new application which need to be included to the new network then what
will be cost of the implementation?
Whether the old application are compatible with the new network structure or not.
The applications will be operating in the local area network or LAN environment. In this
environment whether any type of internet connection is needed by the applications?
Through the LAN connection various of file will be shared within the connected network.
Now, if there is any type of special requirement for sharing the file between the
interconnected systems?
Questions that will be asked to the management of the organization:
What are the departments which should be linked with each other in the proposed network
solution and what are the total number of departments which are involved in the provided
network solution?
What are the total number of users who are involved with the proposed network solution?
