Current physical
habits
The regular habit of sportsman is that he start with dynamic warm up in mooring from 4.30 Am,
to 5.30 AM. Rest and recovery of body is being taken by him properly that makes him freshening
for this training session after a proper sleep. Running is also one of the habit of that makes him fit
in ground and quick response to activities. Regular Swimming is also another habit that is carried
by him in order to increase the stamina and increase the fitness. The training session that is
conducted continuously with 4 hours makes better sportsperson and a batsman that maintain the
form of sportsman on cricket.
Other hobbies,
sports or interests
Other hobbies of sportsman is that he love to dance and sing at party and enjoyed through
dancing. Listing songs is another hobbies that he carries and makes him happy will listing his
favourite songs. Communicating with other people which are around is also very much interested
in him as they he loves to communicate with new persons to known new and creative thinks. He
also interested in reading books at free time that enhance his knowledge and thinking level in
innovative ideas through it.
Physical strengths He usually run quite fast from all other sportsman as he trained himself in such a manner that he
speed of running is fast. The ability to thinking in a critical situation during match is also another
strength he is having. The calmness during the situation help him to better decision under it and
convert bad decision to good decision.

Physical
limitations
The stamina after a one inning during summers are drain due to high temperature outside. The
body sometimes dehydrate drying the match and leads to weakness during the match. Another
limitation of physical body is an injury that cause high damage to body to sportsman during the
match and training session which effect life.
Metabolic
demands of the
sport
Muscle glycogen is the most important substance for energy production. This also fatigue towards
the end of game involve glycogen in some muscle fibre. On the other hand, FFA which means
free-fatty acid which increase highly during the game and need to be strong in demand.
Biomechanical
demands of the
sport
For a sportsman biochemical demand include the greater balance of person during the cricket, the
strength of muscle should be strong to sustain for longer term and greater joint range of
movement is necessary for a sportsperson.
Current or
previous injuries
Harm string strain and lumber stress feature which are occurred during the practise session and in
match.
