1. Brief definition of the 94WBR-shed project
CPB Contractors has been given the responsibility to construct the 94WBR-shed. The
project manager will prepare the plan and will assign the stakeholders for the project. The
shed project work will contain the list of activities demolition works in the backyard at first.
After the demolition work gets completed, the stakeholders will perform the site work, after
the site work they will work on building the floor, after that they will carry out the Wall
construction work, framing of roof, installation of doors and windows. Later they will work
on the painting and the cleaning work. CPB Contractors stakeholders will work on the norms
and strategy of CPB Contractors and will accomplish the project within given time. The
project plan will contain all the activities that need to be performed along with the budget and
the time schedule. The shed project contains the list of stakeholders- the civil engineer, wood
machinist, and builder, subcontractor, cleaning staff and lastly painter and decorator. It will
also contain the sponsor and the content writer.

94WBR-Shed Project will contain the list of activities that need to be performed by the
project team. The tasks initially contain the minor demolition-construction work initially. The
demolition work involves the cutting down of trees, removing section of the boundary wall

grass. It also involves clearance of backyard lot. The construction work contains the site
