 Apple iBeacon: These are retail oriented
utilization of Bluetooth Smart. It only deals with iOS
devices (Morris et al., 2014).
 WiMax: Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave
Access provides options for Media Access control or
MAC and physical layer or PHY.

The weakness of WiGig is the lack of security (Cook et al., 2013).

The weakness is the theft of information.
 Apple iBeacon: The strength is utilization of Bluetooth Smart.
The weakness is that it only connects to the iOS devices.
 WiMax: The strength is that it can be deployed faster than wired
technologies.
The weakness is that the weather conditions like rain interrupts the
signal.
