Importance of accurate estimates for project managementThe accurate estimates help in project management of Advantage Energy TechnologyData Center Migration would help in calculating and developing the project plan comprising ofactivities of the network development project. The accurate estimation would help in,a)Development of accurate project budget and schedule for the project b)Implementation of the changes in accordance of the project activitiesc)Estimating the working duration for each of the activities2.
