Teamwork is considered as collaboration efforts of a team in order to attain a
common objective to accomplish a particular task in the appropriate as well
as effective manner (Berry and et al., 2020). Respective concept is
considered as great or best framework of a team that is a group of
interdependent person who conduct work together for a common goal or
target. This will also help a person in building friendly at the workplace
which leads to accomplishment of job in the best or right manner.

First advantage of teamwork
• Increase productivity and motivation level
In teamwork members interact as well as conduct work
together which help them in accomplishment of work
properly and attainment of desire goal successfully
(Dong, Zheng and Kahn, 2020). While conducting
work in teams all members interact as well as conduct
work together which enhance their effectiveness as well
as it also increase the motivation level.

First disadvantage of teamwork
• Include blame game when things go wrong
At the time of crisis it is easy in team that any person may point
out a finger on another one which leads to blame game in a
team and due to it the effectiveness of every person get
decreased (Flores-Szwagrzak and Treibich, 2020). In a team
it is difficult to determine where things went wrong or
inappropriate and whose mistake is it. This will generally
take place because in team there are collective
responsibilities rather than individual so when something
went wrong every person start blaming each other.

• Leads to diversity at work
Probably the greatest bit of leeway of working in a group is
that there is frequently an equivalent division of work
so as opposed to investigating all the parts of a task
separately, every individual only needs to manage one
part of it (McEwan and Beauchamp, 2020). Littler
errands clearly require less time and exertion to finish
so working in a group chops down outstanding task at
hand fundamentally.

• Clash of ideas
Things can turn out badly or even self-destruct when there is an

According to my experience when I am conducting project in group I able to leads
numbers of things which will help me in my future career development as well as
it also develop strong among the group members. But in the starting we go
through some conflict situation because every member have different viewpoint
and everyone is thinking they are right. After some time it get resolve after
