security of their tourism, athletes and the local citizens.
 After the execution of the study, it has also been suggested to the host countries to ensure

helps the host city to attain government support to attain higher development. Multi level
governance helps the host city to manage systematic operations which helps in working with
more coordination and collaboration and also enhance the opportunity to attain higher
advancement and development.
