INTRODUCTION
▪ The Health care professionals can play an essential
role in the improved access and good quality well-
being care for the public (Clarke et. al., 2021).

Discuss roles and responsibilities of A&E Nurse
▪ As per case scenario of Demetri, the main role of
Accident & Emergency care nurse is to take all his
necessary signs, observing his condition as well as
examining his physical conditions (7 Key
Responsibilities of an Emergency Room Nurse, 2022).

Discuss advantages and possible barriers to inter-professional
and multidisciplinary team working.
▪ The benefits in the role of Accident & Emergency
care nurses can include the teamwork as well as team
trainings that collaboratively make profits towards the
well-being care delivery in the Emergency ward units
to patients (Middleton and Davies, 2018).

Use of Belbin's Theory to present various roles.
▪ Through having the Belbin’s framework, it’s care team
roles are explicitly used to regulate the behavioral
feebleness and the probable métier's within the healthcare
organizations (Considine et. al., 2019).

CONCLUSION
▪ As per the above discussion, it is analyzed that the roles such
as A&E care nurse is quite crucial within the healthcare
organization.
