which may impacts their operations through influencing their practices as well as preferences &
ascertains its opportunities and risks. Additionally, it includes political, legal and economic,
demographics, social, competitive, international and technological industry (Ingold, 2021). This
is importance as it directly and indirectly impacts upon the personnel, incomes and operation.

impacts the organisational objectives and influences their strategic management. Some of those
factors are political, legal and economic, demographics, social, competitive, international and
technological. So, for instance PESTLE and SWOT analysis is performed below:

PESTLE analysis is much formed from of “PEST” Analysis which is known to be one of
