INTRODUCTION
Affective domain of Bloom's taxonomy involves the feelings and emotions along with
the attitudes which includes the way in which things are dealt with emotionally for example
feelings and values along with the appreciation and enthusiasms which is followed by the
motivations and attitudes. There are five levels of affective domain from lowest to highest such
as receiving and responding along with the valuing and organization which is followed by the
characterization. The following discussion is based on all these five levels with the help of
examples and conclusion.
MAIN BODY
Receiving Level
It is defined as being aware of the sensitive information and to the existence of certain
ideas and materials along with the phenomenon and also to being willing to tolerate them. It has
several examples such as to differentiate and to accept along with the to listen and to respond.
Listening and speaking activity must be conducted by teacher in order to implement this level.
Responding Level
It is defined as the commitment in some of the small measures to the ideas and materials
along with the phenomenon which is actively involved in order to responding them. Some of the
examples are to comply and to follow along with the to commend and to volunteer which is
followed by the to spend leisure time and to acclaim. Team building activities must be conducted
by the teacher in order to fulfil this level.
Valuing Level
It is defined as the willingness to get perceived by other to value the certain ideas and
materials along with the phenomenon. Such examples includes the to increase the measured
proficiency in and to relinquish along with the to subsidise and to support which followed by to
debate. Extempore activity must be conducted by the teacher to fulfil this level.
Organization Level
It is defined as the relation with the value to those already bring harmonious and
internally consistent philosophy. For example, to discuss and to theorize along with to formulate
and to balance which is followed by to examine. Group discussion activity must be conduct by
the teacher in order to fulfil this level.

Characterization Level
It is defined as the value set to act consistently in accordance with the values which are
internalised. For example, to revise and to require along with the rated high in the value and to
avoid which is followed by to resist and to manage and also to resolve.
CONCLUSION
It is concluded that affective domain of Bloom's taxonomy is an important concept to
learn and study so that its applications can be applied in the real world teachings methodologies.
This is because it contains five levels which helps the teachers to teach their students in an
effective and efficient manner with positive feelings and emotions with the students. Therefore,
it is essential and necessary to examine and determine the receiving level, responding level,
valuing level, organization level and characterization level. Hence, this essay covers all such
areas in order to better understand the conception of five levels of affective domain.
