Agile Methodologies for HR and Financial Systems: A Case Study of Latureae Company

This report discusses the implementation of agile methodologies for HR and financial systems in Latureae Company. It compares and finds the best HR system under agile principles suitable for the organization and recommends the implementation of an ERP system for financial management. The report provides a list of requirements for implementing the HROneCloud and identifies the characteristics of the software. The report concludes that the findings are suitable as seamless input methodologies for Latureae Company.

Introduction
Agile methodologies need to be adopted by every organization to make the people in the
organization work in a flexible environment. This is because; changes are needed in every
business process in any random manner, and to adapt efficiently to these changes, it is necessary
that the business process involves smaller teams. Therefore, nowadays, every business
organization implements agile methodologies in the business process, however, it needs to be
justified that whether implementing agile methodologies for HR and financial systems are
appropriate in any business process (Worley & Pillans, 2019). This would be further described in
this report in light of the organization of Latureae Company and the HR and financial systems
that is in process within the organization. The report would begin with the systems and definition
of Agile Principles followed by the types of HR systems that fall under the agile methodologies.
Further, the report would compare and find out the best HR system under agile principles
suitable for the organization. The report would then find out the requirements needed for the
implantation of the agile HR system according to the requirements of the organization. Then the
report would identify the financial systems under agile methodology and provide
recommendations for the implementation of the same in the organization.
HR and Financial Systems and Definitions of Agile Principles
HR Systems
The HR Systems can be defined as a software program that integrates the human resource
functions, administration of payroll systems, the procedures of training and recruiting and even
the benefits administration and the entire prospects of human resource management system
(Lopez-Cabrales, Bornay-Barrachina & Diaz-Fernandez, 2017).

Financial Systems
Financial systems can be defined as the software system that can be supported to convey
the exchange of information and state all the relationships between the financial people within
the organization and all the lenders, investors, and borrowers.
Definitions of Agile Principles
Two of the systems of agile principles that would be defined out of the 12 core principles
of agile manifesto are as described as below:
1. Satisfaction of a customer with the help of continuous delivery of useful software
earlier than prescribed time: It is a very logical factor that early delivery of products should
satisfy a customer much more than usual (Jha et al., 2017). This should also be done to obtain
feedback from a customer for further testing, with the help of continuous delivery to make the
customer know about the progress and through delivery of values to let the customers know that
their priority is primary for fulfilling the requirements.
2. Welcoming the changing requirements even if they are late within development:
The tight alignment of approved plants are shifted and changed for emphasis and responsiveness
in this method. The control of change process needs to be simplified and there should be no
formal documentation or approval required for further changes in the project (Kerzner &
Kerzner, 2017). they should work for a customer’s competitive advantage since it would allow a
faster response of them in implementing the latest changes for the external environment that
would help in enhancing the competitive advantage for the opportunities that would be emerging
for their within the project.

The traditional HR policies had a remedial approach to learning, mind-set for recruiting,
talent processes that were opaque, Siloed objectives, implementing system and HR systems that
were considered as a system for holding records. The different kinds of HR systems that are

This is not only done only after there is a vacancy for a new employee, the process of
recruitment begins but the process is continuous.
Training Procedure: The employees are offered with various opportunities to learn from
and expand their skills throughout, indifferent of the job related goals and not only the procedure
gets followed only when an employee who fails to perform as per their capabilities or the ones
needs to upgrade their skills would go for additional learning trainings to reach a specific level.
Talent Acquisition: In other organizations, where the talent acquisition procedure does
not apply for access for everyone other than the HR is an opaque one (Bhatta & Thite, 2018). In
this organization, the feasible procedure would be supporting the mission of the organization
directly and every employee in the organization has information about their added value to the
organization.
HR System: So far HR system is only perceived as a section that holds information
about the different employees within an organization. However, in this organization the kind of
HR function that would be generally focused on engaging employees to enhance self-motivation
and encourage collaboration.

company would need total involvement of all the departments that are under surveillance.

would require the HRIS software to be developed according to the company needs, including the
following requirements:
 Database
 Time and labour management
 Payroll functions
 Employee interface
 Recruitment and retention systems

The financial systems that are available in the market are characterized with the help of
three elements and it helps in changing the market dynamics, regulatory requirements and the
business needs (Gill et al., 2015). This methodology needs to be implemented since financial
systems need to be changed from the traditional system to agile. According to the business
structure in the market available, there has been a research conducted on the type of financial
system required for the different kinds of business (Smith, Bradbury & Hayes, 2018). This will

Recommendation for implementing the best Financial System in the organization
Based on the above report about the financial system for the entire acquisition of the
Latureae Company, it can be said that the company needs to implement the software solutions
required for the appropriate solution in different aspects of the financial systems. The best
financial system that can be used for the implementation procedure in the organization of
Latureae Company can be the ERP system that holds the solution for all the operational
problems existing within the organization. This is the software solution that would hold all the
information about the personnel data and the patient data infused into the software. Following is
the requirements for which the organization would most likely implement the software in the
organization:

under agile principles suitable for the organization. The report then found out the requirements
needed for the implantation of the agile HR system according to the requirements of the
organization. Then the report identified the best financial systems under agile methodology and
provides recommendations for the implementation of the same in the organization. Based on the
above analysis, the report has concluded the findings to be suitable as seamless input
methodologies for Latureae Company.
