About the Organization Agware and their Operation
Agware, Inc. was started in the year 1990 and currently as per the operational factors that
are associated with the respective organization in the market, they are considered to be the owner
of UAAR trademark, which is federally registered and other several forms that are related to the
system of UAAR and UCRR, which is based on a copyrighted version and the Standard
Appraisal Review Report (SARR).
According to the organization’s market functioning based on the current era the software
which is based on an agricultural appraisal of the organization Agware includes both sales
database and a component, which is based on the function of report processing (Abrahamsson et
al., 2017). Due to certain application associated with the respective organizations operations they
are basically known to the market as AgWare Software.
As compared to the functional prospective related to the organizational functioning in the
competitive market, the key motive and objective of the organization under these respective
aspects is to maintain and develop an easily usable, efficient tool in order to avail an adaptive
processing platform for agricultural appraisals.
Agware generally has in place advanced software based on the process of rural appraisal,
which consists of two major integrated components including several processing units and
components that are related to the system of Datalog and ClickFORMS (Giardino et al., 2015).
The organization uses Datalog for the purpose of analyzing and managing comparable
sales. On the other hand, ClickFORMS generates the appraisal reports that generally features the
formats that are related to Uniform Country Residential Report (UCRR) and Uniform

Agricultural Appraisal Report (UAAR). This also involves the function of word processing done
on a narrative style along with more than 200+ forms (Calefato et al., 2018).
Porters Five Force Analysis of Agware
According to the current competitive performance of Agware in the market, it is
important for them to develop strong and appropriate responses to manage the impacts that are
associated with the external factors identified under the Porters Five Force Analysis. Porters Five
Force analysis of Agware Inc is performed below.
In the first part, certain features that are related to the competitive rivalry of the company
in the market generally face high force. The key reason behind the respective part can be
that, in the current era there is huge firms that play a competitive part under the software
industries (Idri, Azzahra Amazal & Abran, 2015). The other major reason for Agware
competitive rivalry is the fact that in the market the organization generally has switching
cost on a moderate basis since they come under the startup software companies
(Abrahamsson et al., 2017).
The customer bargaining power of the organization Agware is considered to be a low
force in the market. Under this respective part, it can be stated that the company in the
market have least availability of substitutes where the information system of the company
is strong in the market (Vijayasarathy & Butler, 2015).
Bargaining power associated with the suppliers of the company faces medium force
compared to the performance of their competitors in the market performance. It can be
stated that, several aspects that are related to the company’s size, population of suppliers
and their overall supply is on a moderate basis (Calefato et al., 2018).
