Research approach: This means the plans and procedure used to conduct a research. There are two types of research approach such as inductive and deductive. The inductive approach involves the formation of aim and objectives first and then completing the study on that direction. While on the other hand, deductive approach means the formation of hypothesis and check whether hypothesis is correct or not with appropriate tools. In the present study, the 10

Research strategy:There are two types of research strategy such as interpretivism and positivism. Data collection: There are two methods or sources of collecting data such as primary and secondary data. While in secondary sources, the data has been collected through books, journals, articles, website etc. Sampling: Sampling is the method of selecting the sample size out of population. There are two types of sampling method such as random and non-random sampling. In the present study, scholar has been selected random sampling to select 30 employees of The Grey Horse company of UK to assess the impact of implementation of artificial intelligence as a digital transformation practice over organization process & performance. Data Analysis: This is a systematic process which involve the application of different methods and techniques. The two way to analyse the data is thematic and SPSS software. In the present study, the scholar has been selected the thematic analysis method to analyse the primary information of the company. Themes has been framed for presenting and interpretation the outcome of the result (Pandey and Pandey, 2021).
