examined researcher will imply the mixed research design that would be imperative for
accomplishment getting conceptual as well as factual data with respect to the role of artificial
intelligence in the healthcare industry. The mixed data collection method could be
imperativefor increasing the quality of the research outcome. In addition, it is evaluated
thatthe researcher will systematically conduct the research by considering this method.
Data collection
This method is an appropriate way for accumulating relevant data with respect to the aim and
objectives of the research. There are two types of data collection method named primary data
collection method and secondary data collection method. Fresh and innovative data is pooled
from research participants by the research scholar in the primary data collection method.
Secondary data is utilized by the investigator to support the findings of collected information.
There are several sources that help to gather secondary data such as authentic websites,
articles, journals, books and annual report of the organization (Kumar, et. al., 2017).
Secondary data collection method is collected by the research study of the different
researcher as it would create the possibility of getting lower quality research outcome. Hence,
this method is occasionally used by the research scholar and the main responsibility of the
investigator is to evaluate the correctness of secondary data while this method is being used.
In contrast to this, primary data collection method is practiced by the researcher for
accumulating the data from their selves and to relate their research with the specified
geographical area which describes the investigation in a relevant way whereas, secondary
data is utilized in making the hypothesis. Primary data collection technique takes more time
and money as compared to secondary data collection technique (Patel& Patel, 2016).
Consequently, the researcher would practice primary data by interviews, survey, and
questionnaire as it could facilitate the research scholar to describe the research study in an
appropriate manner. In this research, primary data was gathered by a questionnaire-based

survey because it is not expensive, easy to handle and offers assured privacy. Further, this
method helps to attain a valid and reliable outcome. The researcher will also use the
secondary data collection method for gaining conceptual information in the context of
artificial intelligence in the healthcare industry.
Sampling
The sampling method is useful for choosing an accurate sample size because this method
would be prominent for performing the research study and obtain a valid result. Further,
sampling methods consist two types of tools which are probability sampling technique and
non-probability sampling technique (Shukla, Lakhmani, & Agarwal, 2016, April).
Probability sampling technique is practiced for choosing the research participants randomly
to perform the research study. This technique facilitates the research scholar for declining the
partialities from the investigation and obtain an actual result. Beside this, a non-probability
sampling technique is utilized to choose the research participants as per their gender, sex,
experience, education, and age for performing the investigation in an efficient manner. The
non-probability sampling method is appropriate with interpretive philosophy. This technique
is less cost consuming method as compared to the probability sampling method. Further,it is
also analyzed that a more appropriate outcome would be produced by a larger sample size.
Research scholar has chosena non-probability sampling technique in this investigation for
accumulating their perception and beliefs of the research participants relatedto research
concern and achieving the aim and objectives of a research study (Dimitrov, 2016).
Data analysis
Data analysis is an imperative part of research methodology which facilitates the research
scholar to attain the reliable and appropriate outcome. Research scholar would evaluate the
accumulated data by utilizing a statistical analysis method. MS-Excel program would be used
by the investigator for statistical analysis to interpret the information in a relevant manner.

Moreover, this method is utilized for the presentation of various kinds of graphs like the
column chart, bar diagram, and pie chart. These charts support the research scholar to gain
depth understanding of data (Elhoseny, et. al., 2018).
Resources
In the research, the investigator will use many resources to conduct the research like an
appropriate amount of money, academic journals, stationery, and other. In the research,
mainly two kinds of resources will be considered by the researcher like primary and
secondary resources. It could lead to obtaining reliable information in the context of the
current matter (Lu, Li, Chen, Kim, & Serikawa, 2018).

and secondary data collection methods (Alvesson&Sköldberg, 2017). This learning

experience would be applied by me to collect the data in a feasible way. During this research,
I have increased my knowledge of the different sources of primary and secondary data
collection method. In this way, I have observed that primary data is gathered via different
sources such as survey through questionnaire and interview, Along with this, I have created
my awareness about the sources of collection the secondary information such as literature
review. I have noticed that primary data providereliable and valid data. However, at the same
time, I have learned that secondary data gathering technique will take less time and provides
authentic information. Throughout this investigation, I have created my knowledge about the
sampling. In this way, I have observed that sampling is used to choose the sample from a
large number of population. I have also enhanced my learning about the probability sampling
method. In this way, I have learned that probability sampling aids to decline the possibility of
biases from research due to random selection. During the selection of the sample, I faced
difficulties in terms of choosing the sample as I have a lack of understanding regarding
different sampling techniques. However, my supervisor was supportive that helps me to
choose the sample via a feasible technique.
This research is beneficial for me to comprehend the data analysis technique. In this way, I
have learned that pooled data from this research will be assessed through statistical data
analysis technique. It is pointed out that MS-excel software is used to present the pooled
information through different tables and bar graphs, pie chart, and column diagram. This
research would be beneficial for me to assess the pooled data in further research (Ledford &
Gast, 2018).
Conclusion
From the above discussion, it can be concluded that this research has developed my
understanding of the role of artificial intelligence in the healthcare industry. It has also gained
my insight about the problem statement and research methodology. This research has built
