INTRODUCTION
It involves the action of managing the tactics of airports to collect and offer data on airline
commercial and functional priorities. It includes a wider term of the airline sector. It creates a
brief overview of the airline sector with the manner of developing awareness of marketing,
financial, operational, and another factor that will have an impact on airline management
(Bagamanova, 2021). The management considers in this report is Aer Lingus. It is an Irish airline
and wholly-owned subsidiary that involves the Republic of Ireland. It was founded in the year
2020, headquartered in Belfast, Northern Irena their functions and operations are based on
Manchester Airport. The following report covers the scenario of training learning development,
performance management, and as well as legal requirements.

Aer Lingus utilise several online applications in order to deliver online training for new
recruiters by which workers can enhance their dealings in the business. They use SAP Litmos to
channel that allows the business to automatise suitable training schedules maintained their
structure of spreadsheet and slide decks (Bai, 2021). As there are several sorts of the training
and learning techniques in the airline and airport management that are as follows -
Renewal training – Pilots should complete various hours of training and assessment each
year in respect to staying licensed. Flight attendants also have to renew their training
annually. In most of the sections, it means that pilots head manages their training center
for their courses and flight attendants should head back to the academy for one or two-
day refresher courses (Bunchongchit, and Wattanacharoensil, 2021). Aer Lingus, an
airline with staff faculty established globally, as it was an issue to get everyone back to
the simple term for classroom training.
Consumer experience Consumer experience is an essential term in all sectors, but on
an airplane, consumers are seated together for hours on end. As it is a stressful condition
in that consumers have dominant experiences. Training is an effective manner to make
