Airline Operations and Planning Project:
Carlitos Airways, an airline based in Seychelles are planning to commence their daily operations between Seychelles (SEZ) and Singapore (SIN).
You have been shortlisted for the position of Airline Station Manager for Carlitos Airways in Singapore.
You are required to give a short presentation on your understanding of Airline Operations and Planning. This will be followed immediately by an interview with the Senior Vice President of Carlitos Airways who has been trying to improve.
1. Presentation (60%)
You are to produce a 5 minute presentation on the following:
a. Your understanding of Airline Operations and Planning.
b. The importance of Safety and Security in Airline Flight and Ground Operations.
c. Give examples of how Airline Operations can be streamlined. These cannot be example provided in class but can be examples you have extracted from case studies from your own research – you must provide (and cite) the case study.
