1. Introduction and briefing
The paper reflects on the project “Flight delay at Klia” which occur due to blackout. The
blackout mainly occurs due to improper working of the communication system between the
airline ground station and the flight and as a result the pilot is unable to receive proper signal that
further leads to a number of challenges. Additionally, it is found that Blackout mainly occurs
because of unintentional mismanagement of various aircraft equipment’s as well as due to
negligence of the workers who are mainly working in the airline industry.
In this paper, proper information about airline blackout is provided by determining its
impact on Airline industry. In addition to this, the paper focuses on the group structure and
organization of the project for showcasing how information generally flow through different
levels in the organization. Additionally, the objective, scope as well as RFI for the entire project
is elaborated.
2. Group structure & organization
According to Winnubst (2017), group structure is mainly referred as layout that focus on
group roles, norms, conformity, workplace, status as well as group demographics. When the
entire group structure for a project proposal comes then the differences that mainly exists
between the workers in context to status, role as well as ability. Therefore, the pattern of
relationship that is mainly established is generally knows as group structure. The entire structure
will change as per the nature of the entire task (Qureshi & Kang, 2015). In addition to this, the
group structure further helps in defining formation, arrangement as well as proper articulation
