Changi airport is a public business airport owned by the government of Singapore. The
Changi Airport Group operates in conjunction with the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore
and the Republic of Singapore Airforce. The airport generates revenue from passenger service
and cargo transportation services.
Passenger services are charged according to rates set by the Aviation Authority. Services
offered to private entities are charged I proportion to space and time spent.
The Manager, Airport Operations, Planning, and Strategy reports to the Senior Vice
President, Technology (The Official Board, 2019). The airport is currently undertaking a
development project named East Construction. This Job position requires a bachelor's degree in
operations planning, problem-solving skills, and three years of relevant work experience (Changi
Airport Group, 2020). I approximate the salary to be 60,000 dollars with benefits such as
